Kou x Futaba-Blooming Love (Ao Haru Ride)

Tanaka-sensei

I stood in Kou's closet as deep as I could so that no one could find me. I heard a door wing open and then I heard talking. They were in the room.

"Surprise!" exclaimed Tanaka-sensei, "aren't you happy that I came?"

"Sure," replied Kou sounding slightly annoyed.

"What's wrong?" asked Tanaka-sensei, "I know there is something you're not telling me."

"There's nothing." said Kou. I took a sharp breath and the talking stopped. Shoot! I was too loud! I heard footsteps and suddenly there was light that came into the closet. I smiled as innocently as I could while Tanaka-sensei stared at me in disbelief.

"What is happening here?!" screamed Tanaka-sensei. I looked over at Kou with a confused expression. He just nodded and then started talking.

"Well...I invited Futaba over." said Kou.

"At 12 in the morning?!" asked Tanaka-sensei in a strict tone, "are you sure you weren't doing anything?"

"We didn't do anything. Okay?!" replied Kou who was very annoyed with his brother. I didn't really know what to do about this situation because we weren't exactly being super responsible. I mean, I snuck out in the middle of the night to go make out with his brother.

"Just tell me the truth! I'm your brother! I won't tell anyone about anything but I need to know." said Tanaka-sensei.

"We didn't do anything...we just...kissed," Kou replied while super embarrassed.

"How exactly?" asked Tanaka-sensei who suddenly seemed interested.

"Why do you need to know that?" replied Kou.

"Well...as your big brother, it is my business to know how you were making out with a girl in the middle of the night," answered Tanaka-sensei.

"Well...it wasn't exactly a make out...I mean it kind of was," I started to trail off realizing what I said. Kou and Tanaka-sensei just stared at me blankly.

"Sorry...I didn't mean to get involved..." I apologized.

"It's fine. I just want you guys to talk to me. I am your brother, not your parent. I'm not going to tell on you or anything. I am here to talk. Please know that Kou." Tanaka-sensei replied.

"Okay," answered Kou in a very annoyed tone. He was always annoyed when it came to his brother.

"I'll leave you two be until 3 in the morning and then Kou will walk you home," said Tanaka-sensei with a mischievous smile. Kou and I stared at each other for a moment in awkward silence.
