It's been a few days since I got back with Bil, I still don't trust her.
I walked downstairs, walking to the table, "Wait! I-I got it!" She quickly ran over, pulling the chair out, I sat down.
She put a plate of spaghetti in front of me, "I made regular spaghetti for you...I've had it..once..I hope I made it right." She played with her hands, I started eating, nodding.
She watched me, admiration filling her eyes, she sat, then slowly reached out, grabbing my hand with her shaky one, she let out a small noise when I pulled it away, "I still don't trust you." I mumbled.
She bowed her head nodding, but lifted her head to continue to watch me, "I...I don't know why I did it...I guess..I guess I thought I had a connect with her...but after you left she just kept asking for sex and money...should've known she was a clout chaser." She whispered, tears rolling down her cheeks, "I'm so stupid to choose her over you and forget our anniversary." She sniffled, "I'd go back and erase you ever meeting me, you didn't deserve what I did to you, I don't deserve to live after tha-..." I shushed her, embracing her into my arms.
"You do deserve to live don't say that, we just have to forgive and forget at some point." I whispered, she looked at me, "I love you...I truly do." She said, "It's gonna take me a bit to trust you but I love you too."
She pressed her lips against mine, holding me closer for the rest of the night..
