Harley nervously waited by the steps of school. He had gotten a text from Peter to meet him there.

Yesterday, after getting home from the date, Harley told Pepper about Tony following him. Tony only chuckled nervously and went into hiding. No way he'd get caught up on her lectures.

Harley told Natasha about his day but ended up dozing off in the middle of the one sided conversation. In the morning he found himself in his room, confused as just a second ago he thought he was with Natasha.

Harley played nervously with his shirt and looked up to see Peter running towards him. His hair was a mess as if he was struggling through gusts of wind.

They both stood in front of each other in silence. Peter shared a goofy smile and pecked Harley on the cheek. Harley returned the smile, his inside giddy about the kiss.

Peter grabbed his hand wordlessly and they walked to their lockers. When MJ and Ned caught sight of them, they exchanged a wiggle of eyebrows and a small fist bump.

"So how'd the date go?" MJ asked with a smug look.

"Pretty good." Peter chirped. "No blood was shed."

Ned nodded. "Nice."

They chatted a bit more but soon headed to class.

For the following week, nothing big really happened.

Peter went Spider-Manning after working at the shelter. Harley did his best not to go mush every time his cheek got pecked by Peter.

Harley did his best to search up *cough* hack *cough* any info about Patricia. Peter did his best not to freak out about his past and nightmares that were brung along with it.

It was finally Friday. The day they'd leave for the field trip. How exciting right?

Wrong. Peter grew nervous about the Avengers possibly doing a background check on him and Harley finding out about his nightmares. Harley was worried about being embarrassed and being revealed as Stark's son.

Ned dragged his luggage behind him, smiling wide with excitement. MJ followed behind while reading a book and carrying her suitcase.

"Dudes, you excited!?" He wrapped his arms around the nervous couple.

"Of course! Why wouldn't we be?" Peter smiled, quickly masking his nervousness

It wasn't so easy for Harley though. "Y- yeah. REALLY excited. Hehehe..."

Ned smiled and patted his back with sympathy. "Dude. Don't worry. I'm sure you won't get embarrassed upon seeing the Tony Stark."

More like he'll embarrass me.

Harley nodded. He brung a small trunk so he won't be questioned. As for Peter, he had little belongings so he only brought a backpack.

Peter clutched his straps tightly and Harley, being a concerned boyfriend, questioned this.

"Guess I'm really excited to go to the Avengers tower. See the technology and maybe even heroes."

"Are you sure that's it? Worried about your aunt or homesickness?"

Peter faltered a bit at the mention of his 'aunt' but quickly gained a smile. "Don't worry about me. I'm just nervous about being in a new environment or whatever."

Harley nodded. He noticed him falter a bit. Training with Natasha and Clint paid off didn't it?

"Alright, just... tell me if you need anything. I'm always here to listen." Peter smiled lovingly at Harley and nodded before going inside the bus.
