And another shift over. I say in my head as I lay down on my bed.
I soon receive a message.
Since there is no name I look at the message that says
"Hey it's George! My family will be staying by my uncles house for a few days. Which basically means we are staying for a day n a half! So I wanted to see if maybe you wanted to hang tomorrow?! Plus my uncle has a studio we could stop by and do something! Lmk"
That was cute! I reply with:
"Hello George, awesome that your staying! Sure I could do tomorrow! It would have to be after 4? If not then lmk! *heart*"
Hearts are my new thing now!
*Ding*
That was fast!
"Hey! Yeah we could do something around 5:30? Since my uncle owns the studio we could stay as long as we want! I'll call you tomorrow, sleep nice!"
He's nice. So I check that off the list.
But I do follow him with the go to sleep, I do my night routine and get ready for sleep.
•••••••••••••••••••••. The Date ••••••••••••••••••••••••••
"Don't call me with that crap!" I hear Remi through the other side of the phone.
"I really don't know if I'll be good enough for him.."
"You are so beautiful!! I'm hanging up cause your interrupting my mushu!" He says
"Your what?" I ask
"It's a meditation! You'd love it!" He says with a smile and hangs up.
Welp that went....that!
I finish my makeup and hair when I hear a call.
It's George.
He didn't call me this whole day? And now he's calling me? Maybe to cancel!
"Hey! Um send me your address!" He chuckles through the phone. His laugh is so cute..
"Oh yeah my bad!" We hang up and I send it.
Soon enough I hear a ring at the door, the door open, and my sister screaming.
I leave my room and head to the door.
I see George with a box of chocolates and flowers.
"It's valentines already?" I laugh and pickup the flowers and chocolates .
"Well I guess it is!" He laughs.
"Thank you!" I say and head to the kitchen where the vase is.
"George you can come in!" I say and he comes in.
"Let me just place this in a vase and the chocolates in the fridge.
"You like your chocolate cold?" George asks
"Yes and plus it stays fresher." I say
"Same." He says.
George takes my bag until I put my shoes on and then hands it to me.
Gentlemen!
He opens the door for me and I hop in. His car smells like rental car until I realized that he is on tour and doesn't actually live her.
How am I supposed to do this if he is long distance?
Soon he gets in the car and we are on our way.
The studio looks very nice and not too far from my house!
We go inside and into the second room.
"This is actually my studio!" He smiles
"The whole thing?" I ask
"No no!" He laughs
"This section! See how there is six? We each got our own!" He says.
Each studio had its own color, poster and instruments.
"Is anyone here?" I ask
"Just adam!" He points
I turn around to see Adam wearing headphones playing a keyboard.
"You two are keyboardist?" I ask
"Nope just me! Although Adam and Emily try!" He laughs.
I laugh with him.
He soon introduces me to each instrument in his section. We finally get to the piano
"This one is my favorite!" He taps in the light blue keyboard that has George embroidered on it in black.
"It looks beautiful!" I gaze at the beautiful piece in front of me! No not George! The piano.
"Not as beautiful as you though!" He smiles at me.
For sure I'm blushing!
He motions me to sit on the seat, and I do. Once everything is plugged in he sits right next to me. His aroma filling up our area.
"So do you know how to play?" He asks me
I nod no and he takes out his beginner book.
"This book has definitely helped me learn and be where I am today."
He places the book on the book stand.
"But first you have to learn the keys!" He chuckles
He shows me the key and asks me to play them.
Soon I'm getting the hang of the keys.
Until I press the wrong one.
"No the C key goes over her-." He says
Our hands touch
His big hands over mine.
Doesn't feel right, which makes it perfect.
"Um.." he shakes his head.
"Yeah.." I look away.
"That's the C key! And you've got the hang!" He changes the topic.
Soon we get up from our seats.
"I would do the others but there's a lot!" He laughs.
"That's ok! It's already almost 9:30!" I smile.
Soon Adam comes out of the section with a smile.
"So she is the girl!"
