Chapter 3: The Plan

January 3rd, 11:14 am

Y/N pov

Isla and I both woke up at the same time and I yawned. I looked at the ceiling and at Isla, watching her sit up in her bed, yawning too.

"What time is it?" I asked, rubbing my eyes.

"Uh....," Isla looked around for a clock. "11:14."

"Ugh, we slept that long?"

"Clearly."

"We should get up," I said as I stretched my back and stood up out of my bed. I was really tired but I figured I should get out of bed since it's already pretty late. I lazily made my way to the bathroom and got ready and dressed. I did didn't style my hair but I did natural makeup. I put on a pair of light-wash jeans with a thin black belt, a pair of white platform sneakers, and a white, v-necked loose button-down sweater with a black bralette underneath. Once I was dressed I felt more awake and walked into the common room to wait for Isla. The common room was empty since everyone was already up and doing other things. My cat, Ku (a Russian Blue), ran over to me and I cuddled him. I had Ku since he was a baby in first year, and he's very familiar with the castle and never runs away. Soon, Isla came out of the dorm and whispered something to Blaise then came over to me. That's kinda weird, she could've just told him. I was confused but didn't really think anything of it because it's not that big of a deal. I stood up and walked out of the common room with her.

Isla pov

As I walked out of the dorm I immediately went over to Blaise. We made a convenient plan for both of them to tell each other that they like each other, so I'm telling Y/N about they're side of the story, but they doesn't know that Draco has a plan from Blaise that specifically matches Y/Ns.

"You're going to tell him about the plan today, right? I'm telling Y/N soon." I whispered. He nodded and I casually walked over to Y/N.

Y/N pov

"So what do you want to do?" I asked as we started walking toward the courtyards. It always takes a while to get there but it's a pretty part of Hogwarts, even though basically the entire castle is beautiful.

"Well, I do have an idea, but you're not gonna like it," Started Isla. I groaned and motioned for her to go on. "Well, you know how you and Draco are not together yet?" I sighed but nodded. "Well, we need a plan."

"A plan?"

"Yes, a plan for how you will tell Draco you like him." She stated.

"What! Ugh." I looked away.

"Pleaseeee?" She gave me puppy dog eyes and I looked back at her. "Come on, this has to happen eventually."

"Okayyyy," I finally gave in. "So, what is this so-called 'plan' going to involve, because I'm not gonna be doing any crazy shi-"

"It's just a normal conversation, nothing crazy," She responded.

"Okay good." As we walked Isla pointed out this one outdoor/indoor hallway.

"Isn't this the place where you go and cry in the middle of the night?" She asked as she pointed at the ground.

"Yeah, it's so lame. But in 6th year I can go to the Astronomy Tower!" I giggled.

"Wooow." She laughed and we continued walking until Isla began to map out the plan. "So, first we need a date. It's the 3rd today so, the 11th, Friday."

"What? No, that's too early."

"It'll be fineee."

"Ugh."

"Anyway, after all the classes ended, you will ask him to come to the, hm, around a corner in an empty hallway," She explained. I shook my head in disapproval but she went on anyway. "Then, he's going to tell you that he likes you,"

"How is that possible? That's literally so random, why would he do that if I am the one who literally pulled him into an empty hallway, literally implying that I need to tell him something" I explained.

"I swear, that will happen."
