Genie! Herobrine x Reader

Chapter 7

'Shoot, shoot, what do I do?' You panic in a small alleyway. It wouldn't be hard to just go with him but what about Herobrine? As if on queue he appears and startles you. 

"AH! Jeez warn me next time you want to appear out of thin air!" You snap. "Listen to me, you can't go with him." He says immediately. You stare at him for a second. 

"Uh...why?" You ask. It was very weird to see him like this. "Look.." He sighs heavily and runs a hand through his dark brown locks. "That guy is bad news, we're just..better off going to Tunsted ourselves." He said, his tone had a hint of panic to it. 

You paused and thought for a moment. Then crossed your arm. "Aaand what if I want to go with him?" You say testing the waters. He growls. "Then it's your funeral. Just make your d*mn wishes now so I don't have to travel with him!" He exclaims. 

"Alright then." You say, your still testing the waters with a bluff. He goes dead still. "Are you serious..what part of 'he is bad new' doesn't get through that thick skull of yours!" He yells. 

"I don't know. He doesn't seem like bad news to me. I mean he did treat me better in the five minutes I've talk to him than you have the whole two days we've been on this trip." You sass at him. 

He blows a fuse and slams his hands into the brick wall on either side of you. You're absolutely stunned and frozen. A shadow is cast over his face as your trapped between his arms. 

After a solid moment you take a deep breath in and knee him in the gut with all your force and shove him away. "I don't know what the h*ll has gotten into you but this is uncalled for! You exclaim, hands on your hips. 

Herobrine is currently clutching his stomach, clearly he did not expect you to do that. "If you're gonna be so whinny about it then...then..." What would you choose. 

On one hand you still had your wishes to make but you didn't know what to wish for. Sure Herobrine was an *ss half the time but he was good quiet company. You didn't feel awkward during quiet walks. 

On the other hand you had a handsome prince offering to escort you to the big city. However...he seemed interested in you...which wasn't bad but if things started going the way you think they would go, you would end up in the royal life...

No...never again...

"Fine..." Is all you say and turn on your heal. Herobrine coughs and looks up at you walking away and his eyes widen but there is nothing he can do to stop you. 

You make your way back to the prince. "Ah! There is the lovely maiden!" He says cheerily. For a split second. You think about changing your mind. The way he is looking at you and called you lovely. 

You shake your head, no, focus, you couldn't go back now. "Thank you Prince Steve for your kind offer. However Im afraid I have family I am visiting first before I head to Tunsted. I do hope you understand." You say. 

He pauses for a moment, seemingly analyzing something in his head. He then smiles warmly and you almost melt. A small part of you really wants to be with...y-you mean go with, yeah, go with him. 

"I completely understand. Family is very important. I hope to see you then again one day. Hopefully in Tunsted." He says. You blush. "Y-yeah, o-of course." You reply, and in and instant, he gently takes your hand, and delicately places a kiss on it. 

A huge blush erupts on your face and you can hear some of the girl in the crowd squeal. He lifts his head and inch away from your hand and looks up at you with big blue eyes. 

"Until then, M'Lady~." He says softly. If your face wasn't already red then it sure as heck was now. "U-uh, y-yeah..s-same...fair-fair well." You stutter and scurry away. 

 You take a few deep breaths and calm your rapidly beating heart. You make it back to the alley way where you saw Herobrine last. He was sitting on the ground, one leg stretched out, his back resting against the wall, his head down. 

"Alright grumpy britches, let's get a move on." You say. He looks up with an angry and slightly defeated look on his face. "I'm not going with that piece of sh*t." He growl. 

"I heard you the first time dumb*ss. Now common." You say. His expression then changes to one of shock. He read your thoughts. "Wait seriously?! You..you actually turned him down?" He asked. His voice getting softer. 

"Well yeah cuz you said he was bad news!!" You exclaimed, angered. "Yeah I know that but I didn't think you would listen!" He says standing up. "Whatever, just, common." You growl, and begin making your way out of the city.
