Important notice

📍To the judges and a bit to the participants

Please your review on the books assigned to you is important and please read the judging criteria!!! Some have just sent a score without a review, like how am I sure you didn't just skim through and gave a random score without your review? 🙄.

Especially those who have been assigned your participants, I can't do it alone, that's why we have judges and it would be unfair if I were to judge two books and be the judge to announce them winners when no collective average score was given.

I have taken the time to personally PM the judges but some(I repeat some, I have received some judges review but that's like one or two out of five judges in a genre) are just not answering, please you want to pull out of the competition, please signify here

I have been patient enough, I never gave a deadline for judging earlier but now I have to, or the judges would be changed 😩.

~Action/Adventure (I should receive your reviews by the end of June 16, if you want to send it through discord{which is much more preferable} I would send a link to you privately)✔️

~Romance (I should receive your reviews by the end of June 20, if you want to send it through discord{which is much more preferable} I would send a link to you privately)

~ Shortstory (I should receive your reviews by the end of June 24, if you want to send it through discord{which is much more preferable} I would send a link to you privately)

~Sci-Fi (I should receive your reviews by the end of June 28, if you want to send it through discord{which is much more preferable} I would send a link to you privately)

~Fantasy (I should receive your reviews by the end of July 1, if you want to send it through discord{which is much more preferable} I would send a link to you privately)

Other subsequent judging phase, the deadline will be updated here.

Failure to send in your review, you get disqualified and a new judge is reassigned.

But the earlier the better, you don't have to wait before the due date to send in your review, 3days before the due deadline, you(judges) will be disqualified and hopefully a new judge reassigned.

Random question from participants: What if we've followed our judge?

Host: it's your choice to unfollow, but you have to follow your new judge. Failure to do so, you will lose points there.
