As many of you may have known, The9 has released their first ever livestream (yayyy)
In this chapter I'm going to make some update to ships for the livestream. Also, I don't know if any of you watch Chuang 2020/Produce Camp 2020 but I've created a ship fic for that if you guys want to check it out (currently it has 0 views rip) Don't forget to take a look at my new SnowKiki fic, "Sweet Like Honey"!

A basic runthrough of what went down in the Vlive for those who don't speak Chinese:
- they were asked to create a design for their logo
- Yu Yan was asked how she felt being the maknae of the group (in Chinese it's mang nei, 忙内）She said she was surprised and only found out through Weibo. She said she'd take care of everyone
- Kiki was asked about what dance video she'd post next
- Kong Xueer was asked whether she prepared any gifts for fans to celebrate 3 million followers on Weibo
- They were asked who the most beloved in the group was and everyone agreed on Esther
- Lu Keran was voted the group's punching bag
- Yuxin apparently takes the most time to prepare in the morning
- other random questions
- they were all given iQIYI employee cards
- the ribbon cutting ceremony
- some fans were able to ask them questions
- one fan won a signature
- apparently their wechat group name is just "THE9"
- more fans won prizes because they got a lot of views on the live
- Yu Yan, Keran and Kiki are in the same dorm room
- Shaking, Snow and Yuxin share the same dorm room
- everyone given cake to celebrate (yay!)
- The9 said they hope to release EP or album by the end of the year
Thoughts:
To be honest I thought this entire live was kind of a mess. I thought it would be casual but instead they had an emcee who kept rushing the live and interrupting the members. The whole setup looked kind of meh. I remember from Nine Percent that iQIYI is pretty bad at managing groups. Let's hope they won't do the same thing to The9 because our girls deserve better.
