I hope you understand and get the clue.
That I'm shy and scared
But never forget that I've always cared.
Not only about you and me
But also for the world to see,
That you and me grew close from the start
And I simply don't want our friendship to fall apart.
You know I would do so much
And I wish you'd be here to feel your sense of touch.
I'm sorry for hurting you the way I did
But I'm scared to fall just like any kid.
Never forget that you make me smile
And also realize that you make me seem worthwhile.
Every smile and laugh we share
Goes to show that you actually do care.
I know this may not be the best way to apologize
But I just don't want us to say our goodbyes.
You got me to make you my friend and talk more
And I just don't want you to walk out the door.
Talking to you always makes me happy
And you manage to set me free.
At times we don't talk and I start to miss you
and I just wish I could kiss you.
Not only for comfort
But to show that I'm putting in effort.
Lastly before I go
I just wanted to prove and show
That I'm sorry for making you feel bad
And I hope I can make it up to you so you won't be sad.
