Faris vol. 16: Faris vs Persis
I was standing there wandering that my friend who has been in an accident. I felt sorry for him. I wanted to get money from the dorm but we'll we kinda got to have a permit to get the money and they the Persis will help. Persis is the foundation's MPP during my time.
In addition, at that time I couldn't get in touch with them cause there was a civil conflict between them and I call them Group A and Group B. I didn't join them but I have to meet group A and group B to find fundraising for money to help my friend.
However, group B were busy finding influence at that time but I wasn't interested but I only heard their story why they hated group A. While group A only do their thing and never find influence. Many program were never done so many people think that why the Persis never function but they never knew about the fight between them.
Lastly, I confronted the people from group B and group A. Group B were wrong cause they were sabotaging the group while group A is trying to fix it. That's why they were no program during my time.
To conclude, I never got the money from them but:
1. I started my own ways of findings money (door to door fund) for programs or emergencies like my friend if they got accident
2. I'm good friend with the biro welfare guy who is my friend now
3. I know how to stay neutral and never join the good nor bad side if they got conflict cause we can never know who is right and wrong at the first time conflict blows
4. Be a mediator (org tengah) or neutral if possible to evade bias in a group
