Today in Miss Nik’s class at 2.30pm I learn Cause and Effect Essay right after Argumentative Essay. It contains 4 paragraph that consists of causes (2) and effect (2). Difference of affect (verb) and effect (noun). Collocation signal words also helps as example of, on, for, to, in and grounds (still don’t know what grounds or gerunds). Connecters can be used like example (cause) due to, because of, as a result of and (effect) therefore, hence, consequently, thus, nevertheless. Conditionals (IF) is divided into 2 that is real conditional and unreal conditional. Miss Nik also gave me my first assignment which is ‘Emotional stress…causes of stress in society’ cause and effect essay, 350 words, due date 30/8/18. It will be updated in the LMS also.
Assignment 2 is capture and caption using my Instagram, a group consists of 4 people (Nazifa, Hakim, Haziq and me as the Penguin Club). It has 2 themes (reality vs fantasy) and (fake vs genuine). 2 posts-within 2 week time (Week 9). 50 words limit caption.
