It was a sunny morning. Violet took a train on the way to her next job. It was an urgent calling from a village not so far from Leiden. She walked on a dirt road that was parallel to the beach. The ocean seemed to smile on that day, while the sun flooded Violet with a peaceful sensation.

She arrived at the right address and knocked on the door. A woman with hair as dark as crow feathers and emerald-colored eyes opened the door

- Nice to meet you, I travel to wherever you want to attend your solicitation. I'm an auto memories doll, Violet Evergarden. - She said doing a reverence

- Oh, thank god you came! Come on there's no time to lose - The woman said while led her to a bedroom

Entering the bedroom a woman was waiting while lying in bed. She looked sick and tired.

- Hi, you must be Violet. Forgive my sisters hurry, Corine. I'm just afraid that I don't have much more time. By the way, I'm Lily. Why don't you sit at this table so we can start writing?

- Sorry for my rudeness, but how did you know my name? - she asked while sat and got her writing machine

- Well, I received an indication from a friend, Luculia. She's also an auto memories doll, but she said she wasn't ready to write this letter.

- I understand, if you are ready we can start to write the letter.

- Calm down. I'm not going to leave today, I'm no hurry - Lily looked thoughtful through the window - Let's do this, I will tell you three tales. After the third tale, you will write a letter, after you complete the letter, we will say goodbye

Violet just nodded as she agreed.

- The first tale it's about two sisters. They were best friends and always have been very close. They lived with their small family and were treated as two princesses. They had no possessions at all but could dream with castles together. The older one was calm and smart. As long she was older she always took care of her sister and protected her from the confusion they made - She breathed looking a portrait at her hands - The older one was such a romantic person, always dreaming with her charming prince and having children, but the young one dreamed with seeing the world. She felt stuck at her land she wanted much more than a province life. She wanted to be an adventurer, she didn't cared about a wedding. But although they were so different, they always supported each other dreams - Lily stared Violet eyes - They were attached. When the young girl completed 16 years she met someone who would change her life. His name was Nate, he was a traveler. They fell in love almost instantly, he promised to show her the world. So they escaped on a ship, SS hope. God knows how she loved that boat. And so were de two, looking for adventures. She only left her sister the promise that she would come back, before the sunset

- And what happened after? Did she return? - Violet asked interested by the story

- This we will let for the next tale
