Sport time. The audience was filled in the basketball auditorium. Some eating snacks while some holding water bottles. Darren joined some students in the front seat. Dave sat beside him. They focused on the boys playing on the court. Their frequent bouncing, dribbling, throwing made him interested in the game. The match seemed to be tough, almost an hour—no goals. It was Senior high school two against three. Just some minutes before the final half, a boy ran into Justin from behind, he grabbed the ball off his hand, he bounced the ball twice with cross-overs and threw it over to one of his team. The ball went around the team and finally got back to him. Then he ran forward with speed, he dribbled the defender and gave an elbow shot. The ball landed at the tip of the basket, it spun around and finally drop—It was a goal!. The auditorium was now filled with standing audience screaming in Joy. They lead their way to the court and only the senior high school three grabbed him. Justin slumped his shoulder and stalked away. Most of the senior high school two left disappointed. Darren got up leading his way to the locker room. He didn't felt any disappointing emotions instead he thought, what a hell of a match...

The boy that won the victory was Zack. A final year students and first-class money He was cute and good looking and most students admired him; not until the arrival of Darren—everybody's a new crush. He'd noticed it, nobody stare at him like ever before. Even Naomi, his girlfriend, he had noticed her, gazing at Darren oftentimes. He'd been sick of it.

One day he walked up to her disappointedly, he felt miserable seeing her staring at him again.
"What's up with you?" His brows went broad. She noticed his expression.
"What?" She asked and faced him completely.
"Are you going to pretend you don't know what I'm talking about?"
"I have no idea what you are talking about."
"Fine. What about him?" His face flushed.
    "Who?"
"The new boy. I have noticed you for the past few days after he arrived. You've been. . ." He tried to speak further but he felt the treads disappeared.
"Are you blackmailing me?" She asked like she was shocked.
"don't pretend!." He yelled, "You know what, I'm starting to hate you," he said and took off.
"Zack! I ain't. . ."  she paused for a moment,  she didn't know what to say.
"I saw you, I caught you..." His voice faded off as she watched him go.

Darren led his way into the hallway, few students were hanging there, most were the earlier basketball players and some were others. He delivered his passcode to unlock his locker. He took up a physics book and glance through it. He was distracted by a sudden voice made honeyed, when he looked his side he saw a girl with a smiling cheek.

"Hi," she said, "I'm Juliet, we are classmates, from the Art department ". There was something Darren caught about her, she had ugly big eyes. He peered down at the batch on her coat, she was first-class money. He wasn't letting out anything so she proceeds. "I'm from a prosperous family, I stay at. . ." she was distracted. Someone ran into Darren from behind, it was Dave.
"You are called by the coach" he announced and turn to the girl that stood beside him.
"Hi" he waved at her. Instead, she gave a disdainful look and took off.
"What's wrong with her?" He asked and turn back to Darren.
"Where is the coach" Darren asked.

"He is right in the court" he responded and walked him there. Darren met the coach having a conversation with Zack, he heard him praise him, he'd realized he was the boy that won the victory earlier.

"Coach, he's here" Dave announced, the coach took a glimpse at Darren and turn back to Zack, by then he caught Zack gleamed at Darren.
"What's that?" asked coach, "is there anything in between both of you?"
