My Queen (King Sombra x Fluttershy) | Complete

Chapter 16 - Unexpected.

A month had passed since Fluttershy returned. Her friends tried to throw her a party with colts but Fluttershy didn't go, saying she wasn't feeling well, a small lie. She did get back into her normal habits of helping her animal friends but every morning she would wake up feeling sick. She would feel better around nine am but she would be running to the bathroom every morning and this morning was no different. She had just thrown up again and just finished brushing her teeth. When she walked out, she saw her Bunny, Angel.

"Oh. Hello Angel." Fluttershy said. He gave her a glare. Her eyes flattened.

"I-I know Angel. Let me get you your breakfast." Fluttershy said and walked down to the kitchen with him on her back. She got his food ready and her other animal friends and sat on the couch. She then sighed and thought about Sombra again. Being home was nice, but she missed him. Her eyes started to drift close when she heard a knock, making her jump.

"C-Coming." Fluttershy said and walked over to the door and opened it.

"Hi Fluttershy, may I come in?" Twilight asked. Fluttershy smiled and gave a nod. Twilight walked in after fluttershy opened the door more.

"How can I help you Twilight?" Fluttershy asked. Twilight looked at her.

"Well, Rainbow and Applejack said you hadn't been feeling well. I wanted to check up on you. Pinkie Pie said you had a blind date tonight so i wanted to make sure you were well enough to go." Twilight said. Fluttershy frowned but gave a nod. She would have to tell Pinkie that she won't be going. Twilight then walked over to her and took out a small tongue depressor.

"Open your mouth please." Twilight said. Fluttershy did and Twilight used her horn to make a light but didn't put the tongue depressor in. Instead, she used her magic to pull out her tongue a bit more.

"You have a silent charm on you." Twilight said. Fluttershy's eyes went wide and tried to close her mouth. Twilight stopped the magic so she could close her mouth.

"Fluttershy." Twilight said. Fluttershy looked down. She then felt something on her forehead and looked, seeing it was Twilight's horn. Fluttershy backed up but Twilight's eyes were wide. She stood.

"Fluttershy you...You have to wait here." Twilight said and ran from Fluttershy's hut.

"Wait!" Fluttershy called out but Twilight was gone. Fluttershy then had tears. She felt Angel jump on her back and she looked.

"Oh Angel. I messed up." She cried. Angel looked at the animals before they all left. Angel then jumped and rubbed her head.

"But now she knows." Fluttershy said and her eyes got wide. She had to warn Sombra. She ran to her room and grabbed a sweater.

"Angel. I have to go. I won't be back." Fluttershy said but he then jumped on her back. Fluttershy smiled.

"Your right. We won't be back." Fluttershy said, saying goodbye to her animal friends from her window and flew out of her hut. They would be ok and could take care of themselves. She faced her fears of heights and stayed in the clouds. It was a long flight and she had to take many brakes, but she made it by the time the moon was high in the sky. As she got closer, she saw the crystal empire was in flames. She gulped and landed on the ground. She walked to the kingdom, only to hit something face first.

"Ow." Fluttershy said and rubbed her nose. Angel moved and pat the air, feeling a barrier.

"I should have known." Fluttershy said and picked up Angel. She then knocked on the barrier. She wanted to call out Sombra's name, but the magic stopped her. An hour went by but she would knock every now and again. She had been waiting for so long that the sun was now starting to come up.

"I-I hope the kingdom isn't really in flames." Fluttershy said and knocked again but her hoof went thought. She then felt something grab her hoof and pull her in. She let out a small scream as she did but landed on her hoofs. She looked and saw guards, pointing weapons at her. Her ears flattened. They picked her up with magic and bought her to the castle. She saw the ponies working hard, having gotten more gems.

"King Sombra! This pony was knocking at the barrier." The guard said and dropped her. She landed on her butt and Angel fell to the ground.

"Fluttershy?" Sombra asked in a surprised tone. Fluttershy looked at him, standing up and ran to him, hugging him.

"Sombra!" Fluttershy yelled softly. Sombra hugged her close, missing her touch.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, pulling away. Fluttershy then had tears.

"Oh Sombra! I'm sorry! I was at home and I wasn't feeling good for a month so Twilight looked at my throat but saw your charm. She then looked at my memory's and she much have seen you." Fluttershy said with tears. Angel then jumped on her back and hid in her hair. Sombra sighed but smiled.

"Fluttershy. That can not happen. With that charm, all they would see in a blacken figure. They could not have known it was me." Sombra said. Fluttershy wiped her tears.

"B-but then why..." She started but she put a hoof to her mouth. She then ran to the nearest bathroom, Angel falling out of her hair and running after her. Sombra followed her and heard her throwing up. He looked at the bunny, who looked worried. Sombra's eyes then grew wide. Once she came out, Sombra sent out a mist, that floated around her. Fluttershy watched as it turned a bright green. Sombra looked at her.

"My dear fluttershy, It seems you are with child. My child." Sombra said. Fluttershy's eyes grew wide.
