My Queen (King Sombra x Fluttershy) | Complete

Chapter 17 - Misconception

Fluttershy sat on the ground, putting a hoof on her belly, looking at it. Sombra then walked over and put his hood under her chin, making her look at him. He saw tears in her eyes but Sombra leaned down and kissed her. Fluttershy didn't move for a bit before she leaned in and kissed back. Sombra pulled away. 

"I will not abandon you but I will not let you stop my plans either." Sombra said. Fluttershy looked into his eyes before she leaned into him, holding him as she buried her head into his neck. 

"I won't stop you." She said. Sombra smiled and held her. Fluttershy was telling the truth. Over the past month, Pinkie, along with the others, tried to set her up with different Colts, even after that party. She had told then no many times but they never listened and even after that, colts would ask her out.   

"Tonight. Tonight the crystal go out." Sombra said. Fluttershy smiled but then frowned and backed up, looking at him.

"You won't kill anypony, will you?" Fluttershy asked. Sombra shook his head. 

"No my love. Only enslave them. They will do my...our bidding. We will rule Equestria. Together." Sombra said. Fluttershy smiled and got closer to him again. She kissed his cheek. 

"T-Then can you...umm." Fluttershy asked and blushed. Sombra smiled, taking her with his magic and walked to his room. Fluttershy giggled as he shut the door. Angel sighed and shock his head, walking into the kitchen for some food.

Twilight ran to Applejack's farm after she left Fluttershy's. They had to know. Once there, she saw Pinkie pie, Applejack, Rainbow dash, and Rarity. They were laughing as they helped Applejack make Apple jam. Twilight came to a halt.

"Fluttershy is with child!" Twilight screamed, making the others stop and look at her. 

"Hold up. What do you mean?" Pinkie Pie asked. Twilight was breathing hard. 

"S-She...I saw..." Twilight said but Applejack walked over with some apple juice. 

"Drink this sugar, then tell us." She said. Twilight took it and drank it. 

"You all know how Fluttershy wasn't feeling well?" Twilight asked. They all gave a nod. 

"I went over there to check on her. I saw she had a charm on her tongue. She acted scared so I read her mind. You guys, some pony forced himself on Fluttershy and she is with Child now! He even put a spell so she couldn't tell anyone!" Twilight yelled. The others gasped. 

"Who? Who hurt our sweet Fluttershy?" Rarity asked. Twilight's ears flatten. 

"I don't know. Her mind blacked him out. I couldn't see him." Twilight asked. 

"Well, lets go ask her!" Rainbow yelled and flew to her hut. The others ran but when they got there, Rainbow was yelling her name in the sky. She then flew down  

"Shes gone!" Rainbow yelled. Twilight bit her lip. 

"We need to talk to Princess Celestia." Twilight said. The others gave a nod and ran to the train station. The train ride was long but Twilight was sending her a scroll, letting her know they were coming and why. 

"D-do you think the colt came and ponynapped her?" Pinkie Pie asked. Applejack put her hoof around her shoulders. 

"I don't know Sugercube." Applejack said. Once the train stopped, they ran to the castle. They saw Celestia waiting there, with her nephew, who was in chains. 

"Why is he in chains?" Rarity asked. Celestia looked at him and he growled. 

"I..I mounted Fluttershy." He said. They gasped. He then looked at them. 

"But I wasn't about to spread my genes to a commoner. I had protection, which I used." He said. Celestia gave a nod and he was dragged out. Celestia looked at them.

"He said the same thing a month ago when I asked. I do not think it was him you saw." Celestia said. They looked sad. 

"Tell me more about what you saw Twilight." Celestia said. Twilight gave a nod. 

"Well, I saw something on her tongue." Twilight said. Celestia's eyes narrowed. 

"Show me what was on it." She said. Twilight gave a nod and closed her eyes as Celestia put her horn to Twilight's. She saw a red symbol in the shape of a crystal. She eyes grew wide and backed up. 

"Girls, go and get..." Celestia said but suddenly, Black Crystals shot into the room, breaking the windows and they latched on to the horns of Twilight, Rarity and Celestia, the wings of Rainbow dash, making her fall, and the back hoofs of Applejack and Pinkie pie.
