1000 Hours

Hey everyone... I apologise so so so so so much, it has literally been like 5 months and I am so sorry! Since its new year and I actually have time, I thought I'd update something! So sorry if this is shit though, I think I'm gonna have writers block through the middle of this. Thank-you so much for your patience.

Georgia's POV

Joey and I stood around socialising with numerous people who I had never met. There were a lot of band members that I looked up to, The Replacements even played a gig in the backyard to which Billie played along side. Joey and I sat down on a swinging bench they have at the back of the garden, it was in a little cut off area and was surrounded by pretty flowers and cute decorations. The array of guests were still gathered in the main garden area so we were alone. We sat down and held hands, just swinging the bench slowly. He stared at me with a little smile on his face, making me blush.

"You're so beautiful Georgia" Joey just blurted out. I could feel myself turning red, "I love you so much. You have no clue. You have changed my life so much for the better, things used to be so stressful and I never had any one there for me. Well I did obviously like my dad and the band and so on but no one like you. There's something about you that's so amazing and different and I have never had one bad thought about you. I know everything has been so sudden but I'm glad it has been otherwise I could just be sat here on my own. What I'm trying to say is... you are my entire world. I love you so much."

No one had ever shown so much good emotion about me, it was a weird feeling. A feeling of love and acceptance, a feeling of happiness. That was something I hadn't felt in a long time. I actually felt as if someone really loved me and wasn't just playing with my emotions for once.

All I could do was smile back, I was completely lost for words. I leant forward and kissed him without saying anything, the kiss lasted a few seconds before we separated.

"I love you too Joey." is all I could bring myself to say. I was overwhelmed with many emotions that one could not simply describe.

Joey smiled and stood up, reaching out his hand for me to take. We walked back into the main area of the garden where all of our guests were. Billie and Adie ran over to us looking very excited.

"Why are you guys so happy?" Joey asked whilst laughing laughing a little.

"We are just so happy to have Georgia in the family and the party is going great and you guys look so happy together and our little boy has grown up so fast and oh my." Adie said without taking a breath, then wrapping her arms around the both of us. Joey and I both just laughed and thanked them for the amazing party they had thrown.

After we grabbed some food we sat down. I noticed Jakob staring at me, I just half smiled when I saw him to which he waved back. He came and sat with us, bringing Cade and two of his friends with him.

"Hey guys" Joey said, grabbing my hand and sliding his fingers in between mine.

"We just wanted to say welcome to the Armstrong family." Cade said whilst smiling.

"Hey Georgia, I think mom wanted you." Jakob said to me, I looked slightly confused.

"Oh okay, please excuse me." I said whilst giving Joey a quick kiss and walking away towards Adriennes direction.

"Hey Adie, Jakob said you wanted me?" I asked as I approached her.

"Ah yes, we want to get some family photos with you in it, is that okay?" She said not trying to be to forward.

"That's perfectly fine." I replied with a smile, I really felt welcome.

Joey's POV

"What do you want?" I whispered in an agressive tone to Jakob and his friends.
