I forgot Loke was struggling with his magic. Reedus and Loke were no match for the two Phantom Lord members. I picked Reedus off of the ground and set him down on a barrel gently. He looked at me, miserable. "I'm sorry, Alex. We failed."

I sighed and smashed the mirrors holding Loke in place. "I can't worry about that now," I told him calmly, picking Loke up. "Lucy will be saved by Natsu now that she's in Phantom Lord's clutches." I pulled Reedus up, and he grabbed my shoulder to keep standing up. "For now, I'll take you all to the guild to be fixed up."

We walked in silence to the guild. When we passed where I left Gajeel, I paused. He had disappeared. So, he woke up enough to get himself back to his guild. "Attention, Fairy Tail!" Jose announced. Reedus and I looked up to the sky to listen. "Please listen carefully to this voice." The next thing we heard was Lucy screaming. I clenched my teeth at the sound of her pain. "We have captured Lucy. So we have accomplished one of our objectives. Thus we have one final goal that remains to be fulfilled. Wiping you off the face of this earth. You worthless brats!"

We sat down to rest. Reedus was broken up about failing to protect Lucy. Loke woke up and jumped from my arms. "What happened?" He asked disoriented. "Where's Lucy?"

"Phantom Lord has her," I growled darkly.

"Then what are we doing here?" Loke asked, upset. "We should be helping her!"

"And what do you plan on doing?" I retorted, glaring up at him. "As you are, you're weaker than Happy." He looked down, frustrated. "The only thing we can do is take Reedus and go back to the guild," I continued, my voice softened. "Natsu will take care of saving Lucy. We'll help the rest of our guild members, alright?"

I could tell Loke didn't like my plan, but there wasn't much else he could do. He nodded and grabbed Reedus' arm, and we walked the rest of the way in silence.

When we made it to the guild, I set Reedus on a crate and left Loke in charge of watching him. I ran up to Cana, who was fighting more shades. "Need a hand?" I asked, blasting a few that got too close with some lightning.

Cana grinned. "About time you got here." She threw her cards at some before turning back to me. "We saw the light-show earlier. Did you knock that guy good?"

I smirked and kicked some with a lightning covered foot. "Of course! Did you expect anything different?"

"Well, you didn't do so great last time," Macao pointed out, throwing some purple fire at the shades. "And Lucy was still captured."

I scowled. "That first time was a fluke," I defended. "Thor's Hammer!" I swung the hammer around at some of the shades. "And Natsu and the others will handle getting Lucy back." We fought hard for a while until the shades started to come together to form a giant ghost ball.

"Hey, wait..." Laki said, surprised. "What's with the creepy hand movement?"

"That's what you're worried about?" Wakaba asked, looking at the giant ball.

"This doesn't look good," Macao muttered as I walked up. It started beating up our guild!

"What are you doing to our guild?" Cana shouted about to cry. We used all our magic in an attempt to stop it. Macao had to hold Cana back when she started yelling at the ghost ball. We weren't able to prevent it from destroying our guild hall, though. The Phantom Lord ghost ball was too powerful. I stood in silence as all the guild members started crying at the loss of the guild. It was a home to so many of them. Some of them have never known anything but Fairy Tail. I growled. How dare they? How dare Phantom Lord take their pettiness and jealousy so far, they destroy the very home of Fairy Tail?
