Chapter six

Lex's Pov

I opened my eyes and everything around we was hanging. The car had flipped. At least we have or seatbelts on right? "Are you guys okay?" Tiki said. "I think so" Aaron mumbles. "Austin?" "Ugggh my head hurts" Austin grunts. "Zack?" I say. He doesn't respond. "Zack!" I say a little louder. "Oh god." I say as I see a pool of blood coming from his head. "Come on guys we have to get outta here" Tiki says. "I can't move." Aaron says with a scared voice. "Neither can i." Austin say In the same tone. "Are u sure?" Tiki says. "Yeah, there's something blocking the buckle, I can't get to it." Austin says. "Okay hold on." Tiki says. He unbuckles his seatbelt and slowly sets himself on the ground. "What about you? Can u get out?" He asks me. "I dunno." I say. Then I unbuckle my seatbelt and fall to the ground. "Ouch son of bitch." I say. I cut my hand on a piece of glass from the windshield. "Come on" tiki says, crawling out the window that he had rolled down. I crawled out after him. We saw some people at the top of a hill.  I guess he flipped down into a ditch. "Do you have your phone on you?" He asks me. I pat around my body feeling for my phone. I feel it in my back pocket. I pull it out. "Yeah" "Good. Call 911." "I think they're already called." I say. We hear sirens in the distance getting closer. "Okay whatever we have to get them out. Now." I nod and run I've to the side that Austin's on. I crawl  through his broken window and try and unbuckle his seat belt. It won't budge. "Hang on. I'm gonna get you out of here." I say reassuringly. Although I don't know how. Then I remember that I have a pocket knife that my dad gave me as a birthday present when I was 12. I've kept it in my pocket ever since. I take it out and cut through the seat belt. When I finally cut through it all, I falls on the ground. "Ow. Thanks." He says with a slight laugh. "Yeah, come one we have to get Zack." I say with worry. He immediately crawls out and limps to the other side of the truck. Tiki already got Aaron out. he's lying on the ground cause he broke his arm from having it hanging out the window as the car flipped and I guess passed out from the pain.  Zacks window somehow didn't break so unless we crawled through the glass on the other side, we can't get to him. It seems like tiki and I are the only ones without physical injuries.  So I take a big ass rock right beside me and bash the window sending glass everywhere. i did it fairly quickly.  After I make sure all the glass is off the window, I reach in and unbuckle his seatbelt. I grab on to him making sure he doesn't fall and hurt him more than he already is. I drags him out slowly but quickly. I cradle him. The sirens are getting closer. I hear men yelling and coming down the hill. I feel wetness on my cheeks. I look up to see if it was raining but it was completely sunny. I hadn't even realized I was crying. I haven't cried in years. "Please wake up zack. Please don't leave me." I whisper, my head pounding.  "Hey! Is everyone alright!" I hear a man yell. That's the last thing I heard before everything went black again.
