I felt the force of the jocks push me down to the floor. As others laughed at me, my eyes became teary and I could feel one tear roll down my cheek.

"You think you're tough, eh!? Fight back, if you can!" One of the jocks yelled while pulling me up by my collar.

I pushed him off and right when I got back to my feet, he punched me in the face making me stumble, lose my balance, and fall into the pool. Everyone laughed hysterically having no worry for me. I sunk to the bottom of the pool, knowing I couldn't make it. I couldn't swim and this was going to be the last second of my life. Drowning. Helplessly, I let go of my last breath with nothing but water left to use. Suddenly, I saw some figure I couldn't shape out swim towards me. Closer and closer, the figure, that appeared to be a guy, made it to me and lifted me up. Someone cared about me? He gracefully carried me above the water and once we made it to the top, I inhaled a big gulp of air.

"New kid, what the heck!? It's not like she deserves to live!" One of the snobby girls implied at the guy who saved me. He ignored her and carried me up the pool steps. People booed at him for saving someone pathetic as me, but he didn't seem to care. My savior looked down at me and told me something I'll never forget.

"There are 6 billion people in the world and you let these assholes put you down?" He questioned me as he laid me on a bench.

"T-thank you..." I whispered silently tucking my soaked hair behind my ear.

He winked at me then walked away. Everyone else at the party ignored me once again and partied on. I wiped my eyes that had my ruined mascara and eyeliner smeared everywhere. I couldn't get my mind off what he did. Why did he save me? Am I that important to him? A girl walked up to me and handed me a towel to clean my face. It was weird, because I used to be bullied by her also.

"It might be kind of weird for me helping you, but what he did really made me feel horrible for my actions. Sorry Brianna..." She said before walking away.

I realized that from one person to be sympathic for me, another would too. I wiped the towel on my my face to remove my make up. I need to find who saved me from that life crisis. The only clues I had was that he had brown hair, which could be anybody! I sighed and picked up my purse, then headed to the exit of the party. Tomorrow was the beginning of school, so I knew he would at least be there.
