Pulling inside the school parking lot I quickly find a parking spot and got out of the car. Walking into the school I pulled out my phone and text Allen to meet me at my locker. I looked up to see everyone staring at me like they had never seen me before and well I guess they haven’t since I use to be invisible. This made their staring even more uncomfortable. I finally made to my locker with whisper flying furiously behind me. I was opening my locker when I heard Allen calling my name.
“Eva is that you?”
I turned around to see all the guys standing string at me with their mouths hanging open.
“What’s wrong with you guys?’
“Eva you look hot!” Aden practically shouted while the other guys just nodded their head in agreement.
“And that only makes you wonder who she’s trying to impress” Amber said walking around the boys and getting in my face. “Do you think new clothes will hide the fact that you still can’t sing. Or where you just hoping that the new clothes would distract everyone so you would be too busy asking question to actually sing? Mm.”
“Amber as much as I love your wild imagination what I wear is none of your business” I said slamming my locker closed “but I will be singing at lunch make sure you get a front row seat, am sure you’re going to love it.”
Then I walked off to my first period the boys following behind after the shock wore off.
“What’s gotten into you this morning” Adam said once we were sitting down in the classroom.
“Nothing much just my usually badass self” I said giving a wink to Allen. He smiled in return and class started up. All throughout class boy kept calling my name sending me note and giving me note. While the girls all glared me down. I mean if looks could kill I would be dead ten times over by now. The guys where no help at all either. They just laughed every time a note went flying my way. All except Allen who just seem to get even madder with every note. By the end of off the period my invisibility had completely disappeared everyone seemed to know my name then. I was the most talked about girl in school wither it was good or bad. And let me tell you it is some scary shit to go form nobody to somebody. I mean wouldn’t it scar you to have random people come up to you and try to talk to you when 1) you have no idea who they are and 2) you are not use to all the attention they give you.
By lunch time I was completely overwhelmed. I knew at least half of the kids in school and everyone was cheering me on in beating Amber. Damn who knew a different outfit could get you this much attention.
