{5} - New arrivals...?

{ - Its currently 01:40 am right now SOOO. - }

"This is Sister Krone, she will be helping me look after you all." 'Mama' said cheerfully behind her mask of deceit. i looked down towards the little baby girl cradled in Sister Krone's arms. Huh, must be a new arrival from the factory... i said in my head, whilst having a look of boredom on my face.

I was bored and decided to go to my room, but first decided to walk towards the library first to grab a book and read for a little. i stopped in front of the large oak door and went to turn the handle, but stopped. I'm being watched... i looked up towards my left and saw nothing so i turned to look towards my right and caught a quick glance at what seemed to be a patch of red hair. i mentally sighed and opened the door towards the large and luxurious library.

I had managed to open it a little bit silently, but suddenly stopped when i heard some voices in the library. Again... i mentally sighed a second time in 5 minutes, if i continued like this i would get a serious migraine!

i was annoyed when someone decided to interrupt my reading again. so, as revenge, i decided to listen in on their conversation to gather any intel that could benefit me in the future.

{ - EMMA, RAY and Norman - }

"Guys do you think that we should tell Don and Gilda about the 'Orphanage'?" Emma asked nervously. "yeah, no. lets not do that Emma" Ray replied in a bored manner. "Well i think we should," Norman said suggestively "I think we could use some extra hands, and hey while we're at it. Why don't we also tell Zina!" he said a little too loudly, somehow managing to startle both Emma and Ray.

With that, i lifted my head up away from the door and proceeded to walk towards my room.

{ - The next day~ - UwU - }

It was the next day, and i was sitting outside with a book in my hands, when Sister Krone walked over towards me...

"Oh, hello Sister Krone" i stated in a cheerful manner. "Hello there young Zina! Are you not going to join in? the game i mean" she asked with a sad glint in her eyes. "Oh no, i don't usually join in in Tag. But i might do so later..." i replied not bothering to look up towards her, "hmmm... ok then. I'll see you later then Zina dear~" Sister Krone said, while patting my head like a puppy and then walking off. Once she was out of sight, i immediately frowned and lent my head back on to the tree i was leaning on.

I'm not a damn mut! i thought angrily, then went back to reading my book peacefully...

{ - 5 minutes later~ - sorry with all these time skips - I'm just lazy - lol - }

i was reading my book silently while laying on the tree behind me. Key word 'was'. Phil came up to me and urged me to play the next game of Tag with the other children. i thought about it for a second or so, then quickly glanced towards my right and saw that Emma, Ray and Norman were glaring at me intensely, and as soon as i had turned my head i turned it back again. This is going to fun~ i thought to myself and answered Phil with a quick and simple "yes." He gave me a toothy grin and waddled over towards the other children.

I closed the book i was reading, placed it on the ground and then walked over to the group of children who was going to play the next game. Amongst these children were the trio of Emma, Ray and Norman. Damn Brats. i thought to myself.

"Aright children, listen up" Sister Krone said peacefully, "in this game of tag. I Sister Krone, is going to be it. It is going to be a 20 minute game and if i catch you, then sadly your out." Sister Krone instructed peacefully

Sister Krone looked down and grabbed a pocket watch out of her pocket and looked at the time. Then began to speak again, " OK! your time begins... NOW!!!!!!" She shouted loudly, almost loud enough to burst my eardrums.

Me and all the other 38 children were steadily running down the hill to the vast green forest that surrounds the 'Orphanage.' Luckily i had secretly taken off my shoes earlier so that i could run faster. Because you see, my shoes were a little too big for me and i cant go as fast as i want in them.

i sprinted quickly towards the vast forest surrounding the building at the top of the hill. Coming to the beginning of the forest, i quickly stopped in my tracks and calmly walked inside, entering the large and green forest. While calmly yet quickly walking through the green trees, i came up with a strategy that would possibly win me the game....

Once i had gotten myself into my position, i waited until i could hear the footsteps of Sister Krone throughout the forest. Knowing her build, i would guess that she heavy footed but to make up for that, she would run quickly as to avoid being heard by the children. Its a good strategy, but to be able to do it, she would need a heavy bit of stamina.

i quickly stopped my rambling, when i heard some quick but heavy footsteps. As usual, i was right. I prepared myself with my plan. But stopped when i heard some heavy breathing nearby, and being my curious self, i just had to check it out for myself.

When i had found the source of the breathing, it had somehow been quietened by someone or somehow...

I saw Sister Krone walking among some large rocks and that's when i saw her. It was Emma and i think she noticed me also. I wasn't really paying attention to Sister Krone until something she said had pricked my ears...

{ - As usual, I've the chapter a little too long. So I'm going to be uploading a 2.0 of this chapter as well. Just like the Conny chapters! - ok that's all for now~ - BYEEEEE~ - }
