"How is she?"

Roxx dried her hands with a clean towel before looking at me. Kinalas niya ang suot na surgical mask at nginitian ako.

"She's safe and so is the baby. We manage to operate her heart without harming the baby inside her womb though it was very risky. But you know me, boss. I don't easily give up." She showed me her infamous smirk that made me chuckle.

Mabilis naman itong nawala noong makitang tumawa ako ng mahina. I understand how she feels. Hindi pa rin sila sanay na ganito ako lalo na kapag tungkol sa asawa ko ang pinag-uusapan. She's just my light.

"Thank you..." I uttered in a soft manner na minsan ko lang gamitin because I'm used to my cold demeanour.

She made a salute form in front of me before smiling again. "Ikaw pa, boss. Tsaka, ayoko namang mapahamak ang baby shark sa tiyan ng reyna." She sighed. "Pero boss, may tanong ako."

"What?"

"Ano na ang plano mo? Pagkatapos mong sabihin sa lahat na patay na ang reyna, ano na ang susunod mong gagawin?"

I told everyone that my wife died in that accident that even Lorraine, her little sister hated me to death. Pero ang totoo ay wala akong pakialam sa ibang tao, as long as my wife is safe. I'm very selfish with her safety that only I, my butler and my two other capos, Roxx and Danger knew that my queen is alive. I'll probably tell my other capos pero hindi pa sa ngayon. I trust Roxx and Danger since they're both the doctors that my wife needed this time. All I want is for her to wake up and the safety of our baby. And my butler and capo has been with me since I was still a kid. His family served our family for generations.

"You have a villa right? A private one outside the city."

"How-"

"I planned everything already before even the accident happened. Hindi ko lang insahan na ganoon ang mangyayari. But this is the only way to find those motherfuckers who tried to kill my family. Faking her death is the only way." I gritted my teeth in anger as I remembered those fuckers.

I will fucking hunt them all out until I'm satisfied. I will fucking give them a slow death that even their sanity couldn't take. They want the monster in me so I'll unleash it for them. And they've got no idea of what going to happen next.

"Yeah... Pero aanuhin mo ang villa ko?" Confusion is written all over her face.

"She'll stay there. Kayo lang ang pupunta sakanya, only you and Danger."

"Paano ka, boss?"

"Just let me talk to her through your phone kapag naroon kayo at nagising na siya. I don't want anyone to know my plan and my secret. This is the only safest way."

"Sige, boss. Pupunta kami doon bukas ni Danger para ihanda ang lugar na titirahan ng reyna."

"Good."

Naputol ang pag-uusap namin ni Roxx noong biglang lumapit si Lion samin at yumukod sa harapan ko.

"Sí, Leone?"

"Sono stati trovati, altezza. What do you want us to do with them?" Lion asked while still bowing at me.

Alam kong naiilang si Roxx sa position ni Lion pero hindi naman iyon maiiwasan. He's my butler and one of my trusted capos.

"You may stand up now, Lion."

Kaagad naman siyang tumayo sa harapan ko.

"Just give those shits to Fear. He'll know what to do with them."

"No mercy, no fear." He uttered.

I grinned evily upon imaging what will happen to those worthless piece of shit. I can't wait to see their fucking corpse below my feet.

"Yes, tell that to Fear. He will enjoy my gifts for him."

"Ho capito, altezza."

"You may now leave."

Mabilis siyang yumuko ulit sa harapan ko bago umalis.

Napatingin naman kay Roxx noong tumikhim siya. "Yeah?"

"Lion is so weird."

"It's normal. He's my butler after all." I shrugged my shoulders.

"Yeah right, whatever. Imma leave you here na, boss. Pupuntahan ko pa ang mahal na reyna."

Tinanguan ko naman ito kaya kaagad siyang umalis. Now I'm left all alone.

Pumunta ako sa office ko sa HQ namin at tumayo sa harapan ng glass panels. Madilim na at malalim ang gabi. Kitang kita ko ang paglipad ng mga ibon sa himpapawid. Though I really want to see the moon but the cloud is blocking it. Maybe some other time.

Umalis ako doon at umupo sa swivel chair ko. Kinuha ko ang picture frame kung saan naroon ang maganda kong asawa. I touched it with my fingers before kissing it. I opened the drawer in front of me and hid the frame there. I need to do this, my love. For your safety. I need to act like I don't care even if you died. I need to be ruthless again even if it means letting you go for a while. It's just a little time. Sacrificing my emotions for you and our baby's safety is the best thing that I've decided.
