Tanjiro woke up, looking at Inosuke,noticing his worried expression. " He's still asleep..?"
Inosuke opened his eyes slowly, looking at Tanjiro.
" Tan..." Inosuke said with an exhausted voice.

Tanjiro put his hand on Inosuke's back and rubbed it. " I see your eyebags, you need to get some more sleep."

Inosuke closed his eyes and tried to sleep,but Tanjiro noticed how he was having a hard time. " What's wrong?" Tanjiro put his hand on Inosuke's cheek.

" It..." Inosuke didn't wanna say what it was. "I.."
              Inosuke kept stopping himself.
" Inosuke, whatever it is.. You can tell me...!"

Inosuke stared off into space, the room was filled with nothing but silence...Until the crow who delivered missions landed on their window.
The crow banged its beak on the window until Tanjiro reached his arm out and opened it.

The crow squawked and dropped a small scroll from its mouth. Tanjiro picked it up and unrolled it,seeing a sketched out map. Inosuke turned his head and looked at the sketeched out map.

" Inosuke.. You seem really tired and maybe it'd be best if I went alone." Tanjiro said while looking at Inosuke.

" No...I'm coming.." Inosuke leaned up and put his feet down, taking a wobbly first step before walking tiredly out the room.

" He walked to go get himself ready before I could say anything else." Tanjiro leaned to the side of the bed and put his feet down. " I'm glad I can be with Inosuke now.. But what he said before still worries me."

Tanjiro put a pair of slippers on and stood up, remembering Inosuke talking about being kept against his will and how he thought he was a demon.

Tanjiro went into the bathroom and took a warm shower while Inosuke was downstairs looking for his mask.

Tanjiro finished washing himself and slid his kimono on, walking downstairs to see Inosuke wearing his pants backwards and open drawers with things scattered on the floor.

" Inosuke..?" Tanjiro spoke out in a worried voice.
" I can't...find...mask.." Inosuke said,barely keeping his eyes open.

" You should leave this mission to me." Tanjiro walked up to Inosuke and held his hands.Inosuke leaned forward onto Tanjiro " I am.. Going to keep you safe.. I never wanna lose you again.."

Tanjiro's cheeks were slightly pink, he smiled and leaned back onto Inosuke. " Well.. Don't overpressure yourself. I don't want you getting hurt either, Inosuke."

Inosuke kissed Tanjiro's lips and stood back up straight-ish,still wobbly. Inosuke started to walk upstairs to finish getting ready.

" I left the extra kimono folded onto the dresser..And- make sure to fix your pants!"
Tanjiro waited for Inosuke and cleaned up the scattered things on the floor, after he finished he walked to the kitchen to prepare a small meal for them.
