Tanjiro x Inosuke [ + Your gentle kindness + ]

[ I cannot express my love for all of you guys- despite my inactive schedule you guys still stick around and read my stories, voting for them as well. Thank you all, I couldn't of asked for better readers then you guys! 💕 ]

Inosuke came downstairs dressed in tanjiro's extra kimono." Tan." Tanjiro looked across at Inosuke,
" Here, I made us something to eat before we go."

Inosuke sat down and stared at the food, his eyes were big and shiny. " Pfft Inosuke, why are you just staring at the food?"

Inosuke looked at Tanjiro,, " C-Can I eat now..?"
Tanjiro stared, silent. " ..Why do you ask Inosuke...? You can always eat, in fact, I remember you being the one to scarf down your food first..."

Inosuke shook his head and ate his food, standing up after he finished. Tanjiro finished his meal after and stood up as well, " You ready? If you're still tired-"

" L-LETS GO!" Inosuke said and grabbed Tanjiro's hand, both of them exiting out as Tanjiro closed the door behind them with his other hand.

Tanjiro took out the sketched out map and lead him and Inosuke to an abandoned amusement park.
They stood at the gates and took a look around;
The abandoned amusement park had rust almost everywhere,blood stains,claw marks, and in general was an unpleasant eerie sight.

" Tan..Stay behind me.." Inosuke held back his yawning. "Inosuke.. You know you don't have a lot of energy." Tanjiro had a serious expression. "Doesn't mean..I cant..protect you." Tanjiro could tell Inosuke was trying his best to make it seem like he wasn't tired.

Inosuke opened the gating and went in first, making sure Tanjiro stayed protected behind him by holding his hand. Inosuke walked around rather slowly, mainly staring ahead of himself, making sure he could feel Tanjiro's hand.

Tanjiro checked every angle with his eyes, seeing something move. " !! I saw something...Inosuke?"
Inosuke was walking forward like a zombie.
Tanjiro stopped walking and stopped Inosuke, "You're exhausted..I should've made sure you stayed home.."

" N-No..I'm not exhaus-" Inosuke yawned, "sted.." "You need t-" A demon jumped out, interrupting Tanjiro mid sentence. Tanjiro was going to grab his katana but Inosuke grabbed his swords out and stood in front of Tanjiro.

" You..I'm not letting you hurt my boyfriend.."
" I-Inosuke! T-That's sweet but I should fight with you.." Tanjiro couldn't make a move with Inosuke this close to him.

" No..I will protect you and I always will.."
Inosuke jumped up and striked at the demon, his attack was off-aim from his lack of sleep. The demon jumped back and it had no harm done to them.

" Inosuke-Doing this alone isn't-"
Inosuke jumped up again, this time stabbing the demon in its arm.Inosuke's blade bounced off the demons tough skin and didn't harm the demon just as before.

" Wait a second.." Tanjiro looked at the demon and noticed it's eye.." ITS ONE OF THE TWELVE KIZUKI!" Tanjiro jumped up and did a water wheel, in which the demon used its blood art to block itself from getting cut.

Inosuke was slapped down by the demon, managing to land on his feet Inosuke jumped up again. " Tan.. I told you I would prote-" Inosuke yawned "ct you.."

Tanjiro shook his head, " You barely had enough sleep, and your attacks aren't going to aim well because of that. Not to mention this is one of the twelve Kizuki!"

Inosuke aimed its blades at the demons head, " DIE- *yAwN* EE" Inosuke was smacked down hardly, landing on his back from being sent so suddenly.

Inosuke thought, - He was quick.. But I could've dodged that. Is it really because I don't have energy?- Inosuke didn't feel like he could get up. It wasn't based off him being hurt, but he felt like he was going to pass out and sleep there...Which he did.

" INOSUKE-"

( This chapter ending isn't like the other ones I usually have, I just really wanted to get one of these parts out to you guys since it's been awhile )
