"YUI?!" ARMIN exclaimed, surprised that his little sister, Yui Arlert, was at his granny's house, when she should be at a friends'.

"Nii-chan!" Yui jumped into his brother's arms, hugging him without the knowledge of the huge injury located on his back.

"Ow! Yes, hi, lil sis. How've you been? Why are you at grandma's?" Armin said, tired out of his mind, and wishing that his cuts didn't hurt as much as they did.

"Oh, I'm so sorry I hurt you, big brother! I didn't mean to." Yui pulled back from the hug and looked down at the ground, scared about how he would react to her hurting him. But all Armin did was walk forward a bit, with Erens support still, and pat her head, saying it was okay and that it wasn't her fault. He then asked Eren to fully take him inside and set him down on the couch, knowing his grandmother could care less where he sat.

Yui was relieved that her brother wasn't mad at her, but was still a bit perturbed with how her brother exclaimed out in pain. But only just before he was set down on the comfy yellow couch cushion in their living room, did she notice the giant splotch of red that seeped through his shirt. She shrieked quietly and slapped a hand over her mouth, completely stunned with what she had just seen.

As Eren helped Armin into the family room, Mikasa walked into the house and closed the door, spinning around to go follow her two friends, when instead she was met with Yui's face a bit too close to hers.

"Oh, uh, Yui. What do you want?" Mikasa cringed at how demanding it sounded, but didn't take it back, not really caring about anything that happened in the moment.

"What happened to my brother?!" Yui whisper-yelled into Mikasa's face, no shame of their current position present in her voice as she spoke.

"Oh well, uh...he...tripped! Yeah, he tripped and fell onto a really big and sharp rock! Don't worry though, he'll be fine once we actually treat-" Mikasa started to lie to Armin's sister, preparing for the backlash of not telling her the truth that would surely come later on, when she was caught off by yelling that had unexpectedly erupted from the living room.

'What is it now?!' Mikasa frustratedly thought. Surely they were done suffering for the day. Surely, nothing bad would happen to them any longer.

'This day seriously cannot get any worse.'

Mikasa ran to the living room, Yui following close behind her, and found something she did not expect.

An exceptionally beautiful old lady with a rage-filled expression, was pulling on Armin's ear with her right arm as she held Peroxide and gauze in her left arm.

"What. Is. Happening?" Mikasa drawled. She didn't like the way the old lady was handling her best friend, but even so, she still eyed the supplies that the lady had in her arms, holding back the urge to just take the stuff from her so that she could help heal her blonde friend.

"It's okay Mika-ow! This is my granny-ouch!" Armin introduced as his grandma, every few words, yanked his ear out of anger.

'Oh,' Mikasa dumbly thought in her head.

"Well then, I am sorry for my rudeness. I'm Mik-"

"Yes yes, I've heard of you from my sweet, sweet grandson several times before! He's spoken very highly of you, young lady," Armin's grandmother interrupted. She mindfully set Armin down, back face up, and told Eren, who was sitting unnervingly quietly in a chair to the right of the couch, how to treat Armin's wounds with care. He nodded at the directions and took all the stuff from her, and set to work, determined to make his best friend feel better.
