Manik and Nandani were sitting on sofa and that 'thing' was placed on the table in front of them. Manik rubbed his temple nervously and look at Nandani who was already looking at him for answer. But her gaze were more of accusation. Realising she is doubting him, his eyes widened. Immediately he turn to her.

Ma: don't look at me like that ( panicked) I didn't do anything. I found it in the shopping bag. It was you who mistakenly took it thinking it's gum. When I found it, I didn't knew what to do so I throw it in the drawer. Trust me that was it. I di__

Seeing him panicking, Nandani cut him in between and hold his hand and caressed it lightly. Manik took a deep breathe listening to her. He found her smiling and instantly calm down.

Ma: Nandu trust me I didn't mean anything and I didn't brought this ( sadly)

Na: I trust you manik. I was just teasing you. ( shrugging)

Saying this Nandani stood up leaving a baffled Manik. He was scared that she might think wrong of him seeing her accusing gaze but here she is saying she was just teasing him. He might have got an heart attack. Manik made a bad face and pull her arm. Due to the sudden force, Nandani fell on sofa almost on his lap.

Ma: tumhe pta h main kitna darr gya tha. Agar mujhe kuch ho jata toh. ( pouting)

Na: toh iss ghar main akele rehti ( shrugging)

Ma: ( O face) matlab tumhari life main meri koi importance nhi h

Na: hai na ( Manik smiled) ghar tum hi toh saaf kar....

Nandani's word left in between and she immediately stood up listening a familiar voice. Manik was confused that where the voice is coming from. But Nandani immediately understood that it's groot and became scared.

Gr: I'm groottt..I'm groottt( shouting and scared)

She saw groot running down the stairs. Seeing a wooden toy shouting and running around Manik screamed and start running. Listening another scream groot became more scared and shouted more loudly. Manik started running around followed by groot who was scared of something. Nandani palmed her face seeing two idiots circling each other and screaming on top of there voice. Her eyes fell on a mouse and immediately guessed the reason of groot shouting. She picked it up from his tail and carefully keep it in garden. She sighed and move inside. Now she had to handle Manik and maybe has to tell him the truth.

Na; Manik shanttt..( seeing groot panicking)

Ma: what the hell are you saying ( screaming) how can I be shant..( scared) a wooden toy is shouting

Na: firstly he is not a wooden toy ( possessively ) nd secondly you are making him scared

Ma; no no noooooo( jumper on sofa) instead he is making me scared) what the hell it is?

Na: groot at least you calm down

But groot was also not listening to her and kept shouting. Nandani closed her eyes and forward her hand which were glowing and red spark surrounded it. Slowly she opened her eyes and her eyeball had also turned red.

Na: FREEZE

Nandani shouted and immediately both of them became statue. Manik had his one leg lifted from floor, his mouth was open and eyes widen. Groot condition was no better. His hands and right leg was lifted up and his mouth was fully open. Nandani move towards groot and pick him up. Manik's eyeball move in her direction, their body was freezer but they can move there eyeball, listen and see their surroundings. She picked up groot and carefully place him on coffee table.
