Okay so this chapter is about the people having doubts about their faith. You might be a Christian and you're having doubts and a lot of questions. You might be a non Christian and you're thinking about converting but you're not so sure. You might be going through some tough stuff and aren't sure if God even exists anymore. This is for you.

So basically doubt,is the feeling of uncertainty. Sometimes,we might want to believe in something but often doubt the authenticity of that thing. Sometimes we believe in things, but because of other people's views on it,we can doubt. The same thing kinda applies to liking someone. You might be unsure of some certain people. While for some other people you would want to jump right in.
You might not always be ready to jump right in. You might be unsure about Him. You might be unsure if He actually did all the things that the Bible said He did probably because those things are impossible for humans but the thing is He isn't human and never was. He just has a human body, but His soul was beyond just human.
To be Christian, you have to open your eyes. To be be Christian you have to believe in Him. The Bible says,For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
Romans 10:10 NIVYour heart is your main weapon and honestly, you are the one who has dominion over it not it over you. It says we should believe in our hearts and we will be saved.
Your heart will believe what you want it to believe and your mouth will say what you want it to say. That is why it tells us to use these two body parts. To declare that Jesus is Lord.
Often times, we might even have doubts that God will want to abandon us after how much we've sinned, how much we've fallen into exactly what we've tried to avoid but the thing is that's a lie cause God never gives up on us and we shouldn't give up on him too. It might even be because things took a sudden turn, but often when we are having good times we tend to praise Him and love Him but when the bad things begin to kick in,it becomes a completely different story. We start to ask Him who He is and if He's even seeing what's going on in your life or even in this situation, the world. But the thing is, He does see. He sees all and he can change everything with the snap of his finger.
So many times, in the Bible Jesus said how important it was to have faith in God. Let's take for example the time that Jesus's discipline saw Him walking on water. They were baffled and surprised so Peter asked to join Him. He(Peter) walked on the water for sometime but then he started having doubts and sinking but Jesus was there to catch him.
This was Peter, someone who was a disciple of Jesus and watched all the miracles that He performed but yet even he doubted Jesus. And because of that, Jesus said to him that if we have faith,we can do all things.
One of the stories in the Bible that baffle me till today is the story of Job. I ask myself,if I was in his shoes, would I have continued serving God? Imagine having so much wealth and a family and one day all of that goes away. His family died and he lost everything. He had to start living on the streets because he no longer has money. On many occasions, his friends told him to curse God but he rebuked them and remained faithful.
Often times, I see a lot bad things happening to the most faithful of God's people and I ask myself a lot of questions. But I have come to realize that God often tests our faithfulness to Him. It's just like what happened to the Israelites, that was a nation that God loved with His all. That was a nation that God loved a lot but yet,at some point they were slaves to the Egyptians. They suffered for years but they didn't have their doubts. They knew that there was still a God who lived on high. He had not forgotten them. He wasn't unfaithful to them. He delivered them.
To be honest,i have also had doubts about God. I have had doubts about God. I have wondered if He was 'genuine' because of the kind of things that people have said. Because of the kind of questions that people will ask that you canny answer. I'm not saying that we should have answers to every single questions but we should at least know enough.
When I started reading my Bible and learning the word of God I began to get the answers to a lot of questions that I asked myself about Jesus and a lot of questions that people asked me.
One day,a friend who isn't Christian asked me who Jesus was. By that she was trying to ask what the Holy Trinity was. I couldn't answer her question and I was honestly disappointed in myself but now,I've come to understand who He is and what the Holy Trinity is.
You might be here and have doubts. I don't have all the answers to your questions either so open the Bible. It doesn't hurt to research a little bit. I know it might be scary sometimes. Scary because of how you think your family will see you. How you think your friends will see you. It's definitely scary to change but sometimes, change doesn't hurt at all. Sometimes change is good. It might take time but ask questions and look into it with an open mind and you might fall in love with what you learn.

7 great Bible verses to study when you are confused. [seedtime]
Everyone has moments when they are so sure of God's love, their jobs, future, times when everything is great. Then, there are those moments when confusion, doubt, and uncertainty are the order of the day. When this happens, Pulse Religion recommends studying the following seven Bible verses:
1. Proverbs 3:5 -
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding."
2. Psalm 143:8 -
"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life."
3. James 1: 2-5 -
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers, and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."
4. 1 John 4:1 -
"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world."
5. 1 Corinthians 14:33 -
"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."
6. 2 Corinthians 10:5 -
"Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ."
7. 2 Timothy 1:7 -
"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."
