The Slenderman mark is a mark given to you by Slenderman when he feels like you are worthy to become one of his Proxies. Once you have summoned him and he thinks you are worthy, he will carve this mark into your skin. It is said to be very painful and feels like someone is carving a mark into you with a dull knife.
