Fire and Ice
By Robert Frost
From Eclipse
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

I only knew this poem because of Twilight! =P Thank you Twilight! Hope you like the next poem!

Genesis 2:17
From Twilight
But of the tree of knowledge of good and evil,
Thou shalt not eat of it:
For in the day that thou eatest thereof
Thou shalt surely die.

By Edna St. Vincent Millay
From Breaking Dawn
Childhood is not from birth to a certain age and at a certain age,
The child is grown, and puts away childish things.
Childhood is the kingdom were nobody dies

Romeo and Juliet Act II Scene vi
From New Moon
These violent delights have violent ends
And in their triumph die, like fire and powder,
Which,as they kiss, consume.
