Clays POV-

Today was the day. It was finally happening.

We had both waited so long for this.

George was moving in with me.

After more calls then I'd care to count, George was finally able to move in with me.

After a year and a few months of long distance relationship, we had decided it would be best for George to move in with me, as I had the bigger place and better Wi-Fi.

George had left England around 6am, and was now heading towards Florida slower than I'd like.

My nerves were all over the place, as I hadn't spoken to him in about 12 hours due to the plane. But, after that part was over, we'd have a lifetime together.

That's if he said yes, of course.

I had planned on proposing to him after he arrived home. I had hoped for it to be more romantic, but I just couldn't wait any longer.

Moving in together was a big step in a relationship, and so was engagement. Why not do it all on the same day?

I sighed and ran my hand through my styled hair, trying to ease the butterflies in my stomach.

My sister would be picking up and driving George to my house. Well, our house.

When my sister had found out, she thought we were the cutest couple ever. She had never met George, and today was the first time they'd ever met. I did a silent prayer for George.

My sister was a talker, and I knew the last thing George wanted to do was talk after a long plane ride.

I chuckled and glanced around the room, giving it a nod of approval.

To try to make the totally unromantic proposal better, I had spruced some things up around the house.

From the front door to the dining room was a path made of rose petals, and lit candles along the way. Electric of course, I don't want to start a fire.

In the kitchen, I had set out two wine glasses accompanied with a wine bottle, a big bouquet of roses, some of George's favorite foods, and of course... A sign that read, "Will you marry me?"

I smiled slightly, my nerves still tingling under my skin. I hope he says yes..

I knew George would be jet lagged when he got home, but I knew if I waited any longer he would know something was up.

I'm not exactly great at keeping secrets. I can admit that.

I patted my pants pocket for the 5th time, assuring I had the velvet box ready to go.

I knew George would be dressed in casual clothes, so I was as well. Nice casual clothes, of course.

I was wearing a nice black v neck shirt, with some light wash jeans. And, I was wearing my lucky black vans.

I rubbed the side of my neck, feeling the slightly raised skin of a mark. It's something I tended to do when nervous. Did I mention I was nervous?

I froze when I heard a car door close shut from outside.

It's go time.

George's POV-

I stiffly got out the small little black car.

Savannah, Clay's younger sister, smiled widely and opened the trunk, quickly handing my bags and luggage to me.

"Ah! Well this is goodbye for now. You two have fun!"
