The deer dragon's scales changed to a deep blue as she watched her quadwing friend disappear from her view. She sniffed softly, trying to stop the fall of her salty tear. She huffed and turned to face off the ebony female, only to realize her wings were the only beating sounds within the chilly tense air.
She looked down at her deep cuts on her arms, before shaking her head softly, feeling the cold sting from the scratches that traveled down her muzzle. She hugged herself softly, careful of her broken limb, which stayed close to her side.
Kitkat made a point not to go after the pale white male. He was broken, and needed some time to breathe. The female deer hybrid stayed midair for a bit. Was it the best that she came out and followed the two? She decided that just staying where she was, wasn't going to do anyone any good.
She feared Ketu would return, and even though she was mentally prepared for a fight, it was clear her body wasn't. She looked to where her ivory friend had flown before again heading back in the direction of the hidden cave. He'd know she'd be there for when he returned.

Radar tried to not run into anything as angry tears ran down his muzzle. He tried wiping them forcefully with his claws, his four wings guiding him through the air. His body ached from Ketu's attack and was filled with guilt from suddenly leaving Kitkat. But he needed to breathe. The news seemed to clog his throat as he tried to find his way through the night.
The snowy beast screeched as he almost toppled into a few taller trees. Using his wings to try and steady himself, Radar caught sight of the ground and decided he was in no condition to fly at the moment.
He tried landing smoothly, as the male didn't want to crush into anything in the misty night sky. He pushed his claws out to catch the ground, but ended up stumbling up and landing on his side, picking up dirt and plantation as he slid to a stop.
His breathing was fast as he kept his eyes closed, too hurt and filled with guilt to move. He brought his wings around his sides, to try and block out the cold. The scratches down his belly and neck stung in the chilly air, but he made no effort to fix his pain.
He didn't bother to get up as he let more water fall from his eyes. He let his body rest as he allowed his mind to sort through his overwhelmed thoughts. He knew he never should have trusted such a liar such as the coal black female.
The fact that she had not only harmed his new found friend, but had murdered his only known family he had left. He could have protected both his mother and Kitkat, but he didn't. Ketu wasn't the only one he blamed. He closed his eyes and let the tears continue as he lay there, unmoving.

The crystallized dragon looked at the new being before him, confused by the sight of someone else out during the dark hours. He took a step back, causing more crystals to sprout from the ground around the dragon's feet. The larger being looked down at the crystal beast, cyan eyes on pale blue.
The crystal being huffed and turned away, wanting nothing more than to be left alone and release some much pent up steam. The larger bat like dragon watched before heading off further into the dark forest, eyes able to quickly adjust to the darkening surroundings.
The beast came upon a clearing, which opened up to reveal a few larger trees, including one he quickly recognised as a weeping willow. He surveyed his surroundings, quickly noticing a pond, more trees, and a long trail of tossed up earth and plantation.
Confused, he sniffed the air and quickly caught scent of blood and cautiously followed the tossed up dirt trail. It didn't take long before the bat dragon noticed the shaky body of a pale white quadwing.
