"What now?" he asked, sipping on his hot chocolate. "We should go home, it's getting pretty late," she said, her hands in her pockets.
The two got up from the bench simultaneously, and began walking in the direction of their apartment complex.
"Uh oh," she said as her key fell out of her pocket. Both of them bent down to grab it, placing their hands over each other's in a cliché way.
"Sorry," she said, moving her hand. "Wow, clap twice and you'd turn of all the lights in the world," he mumbled, handing her the key.
Jihyeon mimicked him, mocking his hands as well, "Man, yours are bigger!"
"I doubt it," he said placing his hand on hers, retracting it as soon as he saw his was bigger.
"This never happened," he pointed a finger at her, and walking ahead.
Jihyeon laughed, shaking her head and following behind him, thinking about their little 'moment,' if you could call it that.
As they entered the warm lobby of their apartment, they sighed in relief, slipping of their beanie and placing them in their hands.
"It's really cold outside," she whined. "Yeah," he nodded his head, pressing their floor number in the elevator right before and older lady ran and asked them to wait.
Jisung quickly pressed the open button and let her enter.
"Could you press the 3rd floor," she said softly. Jisung not picking up didn't move, making Jihyeon nudge him.
"Beanstalk, she asked you to press 3," she told him. Jisung bowed slightly, apologising and pressing her floor.
"Ah thank you, young lady," the woman said. "No, no, no worries," she replied back, bowing.
As the lady stepped off, Jihyeon snorted, "I knew you were dumb, didn't know you were deaf too," she laughed.
Jisung rolled his eyes mumbling to himself as they stepped of onto their floor.
Jihyeon swiped on the door handle, entering the passcode as the numbers appeared.
"You can do that?" Jisung said, surprised. "Yeah, you didn't know?" She asked, entering and putting on her house slippers.
"No, I've been using the key," he replied, mimicking her actions. Jihyeon plopped down on the couch, sighing as she lifted of her hoodie and remained in her cropped shirt.
Startled, Jisung turned around to be respectful as Jihyeon snorted. "Jisung, I really can't believe you're that innocent. You're like the type to have women throw themselves at you," she lifted her eyebrow, put her feet upon the couch.
"What do you mean?" he muttered out. "You know, like you're tall and shit," she responded, suddenly awkward.
"Oh ok. I mean I've been confessed to a few times, but I've never really been available like in the right space and stuff for a relationship," he shrugged, scratching his elbow.
Jihyeon nodded. "Hit me up if you ever are," she flirted, laughing as she went to her room.
"What?" he whispered to himself after she was out of the room. "Jisung you don't like her, its just your lack of female interaction," he tried justifying himself. Nodding and settling on that decision, he sauntered back to his room with a cup of water in his hand.
(a/n: I've made Jisung such a banana I swear)
