"what made me think to do this?", i thought as i walked around the mall together with the infamous playboy, hwang hyunjin. i sighed, "how am i so stupid?"

"why did i even accept his invitation?", i accidentally thought out loud which made me instanly cover my mouth, hyunjin looked at me and smiled, "did you say anything?"

i shook my head, "nothing!"

"were you anxious?", hyunjin asked once again, i tilt my head to the side and replied him with an another question, "what's there to be anxious about?"

he shrugged, "look at the people around us, they're staring."

i instantly looked around and confirmed what he was talking about, "of course because you're too handsome"

"no", he mumbled and stopped on his tracks which i immediately followed, "why? are you okay?"

hyunjin looked at me first and sighed, "i'm really curious what made us at this state"

i awkwardly laughed, "what state are we on exactly?"

"this awkard state", hyunjin replied bluntly, "we're not like this before, yeongji."

he's correct, i'm quite curious too as to what made us this way. it's too sudden that i can't even explain it properly myself. it must be something that the destiny wants to happen for us.

"yeongji?", hyunjin inquired as he leaned his body forward and made our faces inches closer to each other, "you got the answer already?"

i gulped as i quickly looked away, "i don't know the answer to that too, hwang. i'm sorry."

"so?", i inquired once again as she didn't made any responses yet, she immediately yanked my hand away as she replied, "i'm sorry, i don't have time for that and i'm not interested"

she then left us and went back to the counter to attend to the customer's needs

"you scared her hyung", jeongin commented as he shakes his head, "it's too sudden, of course. the approach shouldn't be like that."

i sighed, "i think we should try it again on another time?"

jeongin nodded, "yes but we don't even know her name hyung. what should we do about that?"

"i have a friend who works here, i think we can ask him for her name."

jeongin and i finally got her name and contact details from a trusted friend who works at that certain coffee shop, we decided to walk around the nearest mall first to at least loosen up

jeongin nudged me by my arm, "isn't that jisung hyung?"

i looked up to see what jeongin was talking about and gasped, "he's with a girl?"

jeongin immediately pulled me to hide behind a pillar, "what is this for?"

"we can't afford to let jisung hyung know that we're here as well, we'll be dead.", jeongin whisper-yelled as we continue to sneak a peek to the couple

i nodded, "it's weird"

jeongin looked at me, "what's weird hyung?"

"that girl and jisung", my words trailed off as i think of more accurate words to add, "their strings doesn't even connect at all!"

"you can now see jisung hyung's red string?", jeongin exclaimed and looked at me with glistening eyes

i nodded, "of course. once you're named, i can easily see the red string."

"that's great!", jeongin reacted way too loudly which got everyone's attention around the mall, good thing jisung and that girl didn't seem to notice us

"what are you guys doing here?", we slowly turned around to see where the voice came from and gasped by the sight of two unexpected people coming together

"hyunjin hyung! yeongji noona!", jeongin instantly dropped his jaw upon seeing them

i smiled, "you're finally going out for a date?"

yeongji scoffed which i found really cute, "impossible. we're just here to walk around."

"just to walk around?", jeongin asked in a teasing manner which annoyed hyunjin

"yes ayen, so stop asking.", hyunjin replied which he later on continued, "what are you even doing here anyways? aren't you supposed to look for changbin hyung's soulmate?"

"we actually did!", jeongin cheered, "but she didn't want to come with us and meet changbin hyung"

yeongji crossed her arms, "of course, people here have trust issues. what do you even expect?"

i nodded, "exactly but we'll try again later, i guess?"

"but why are you hiding here though?", yeongji questioned, "are you spying on someone?"

yeongji was about to look at the direction jeongin and i looked at earlier but i immediately blocked her view

"seungmin? move"

i awkwardly laughed as i turned her around, "how about we go to that shaman?"

i pointed at the mystical store not too far from us, "let's try tarot card reading!"
