*knock knock knock*

*silence*

*knock knock knock*

*silence*

Suddenly the door slowly creaked open. Standing there in the crumbling door way was a fragile old lady. Her crystal green eyes stared at me, as if she were pleading for help.

There was something familiar about this lady. Very familiar.

"Excuse me ma'am, we had 2 parcels from this address and we were wondering what they mean." I said in a whisper as my nerves destroyed my voice.

Flesh fell from the woman's face. We heard a screech come from inside the house, and just like that the lady slammed the door and we heard her footsteps from the inside get quieter and quieter until silence filled Delath once more.

We looked at the flesh in unison and realized, it was made of rubber as it glossed in the sunset.

We all exchanged confused looks as we fled back to our homes as the sky grew darker and darker.

I sat in my home once more with my cat curled cozily on my lap as I stared out into the night.  There was a knock at the door.

I creeped over very slowly and opened the door at a snails pace.

CREEEAAAAKKK

Standing there in the darkness of Delath was the shadowy figure towering over me. I let out a scream of terror as his icy hand covered my mouth. I started to tremble with fear.

"Rebekah" said the figure, quietly.

Just like that he disappeared into the darkness of Delath.
