Chapter 1

I looked at the clock and it's 2:13 AM. I debated if I should watch another episode in Netflix or go to sleep. I heard knocking at my window, when I looked at the window it opened then a guy came out.

“Hi, you must be here for my sister, wrong window.” I replied in a hush voice. He sighed and looked at me.

“Which window?” He asked softly and I pointed where.

“Is she even awake? She's usually snoring in this time of night.” Cue the snoring of my sister. “Told you.” I giggled. “Wanna watch Sex Education? I'm at season 1 episode 6.” I just looked at him and saw him contemplating in his head.

“Sure why not. Move over.” He started walking and lay down next to me. “I’m Oliver Waters.” He introduced himself.

“Leo Gonzales.” I replied then played the episode.

As the episode starts we were just quietly watching. We softly laugh at the jokes. I felt the pain watching Eric talking to his dad. I started tearing up in that scene. I felt a weight on my shoulder and saw Oliver sleeping. I just continued the episode since it's almost done.

When the episode ends I closed my laptop and set it on the drawer next to me without moving much since this guy fell asleep.

I saw him shivering and I put him under my blanket. I started seeing dark spots and my vision started to tunnel out.

I was awake by a groan next to me. I felt my face wrinkling and look at the one who groans.

“What time is it?” I heard Oliver's voice. I looked at my alarm clock.

“It’s 5:08 AM.” I replied and groan. “It’s too early to deal with life.” I closed my eyes and turn my back to Oliver. “Wake me up when the world is ending.”

“Wake up dude, I don't want to deal with life today.” He shakes my body.

“No… I'm too tired for that.”

“Wake up.” He said while dragging the 'u' in 'up'.

“Fine, we just met earlier and now you're waking me up.” I tried to sit but a strong force was on my stomach so I just opened my eyes. I saw a Greek God next to me. He has a brown hair, blue eyes, sharp jaw, pink plum lips. “How the hell did my sister seduced you?”

“She’s cute.” He replied.

“First of all, ew. Second, get up. I need to make breakfast.”

“And can't you just get up?”

“I could but your heavy arm is on my body. Are you seriously awake?”

“Oh, sorry about that.” I felt him removing his hand. “You’re kinda chubby.”

“Thanks for pointing out one of my insecurities, no breakfast for you then.” I rolled my eyes when I get out of bed.

“Hey, is that the way you treat your guests?” He stood up and stretched. I saw his stomach and he's hella fit.

“If you pointed out my body, yes. Also you're my sister's guest.” I stretched my arms up then saw him looked at me. “What?”

“Nothing, you're just so tiny.”

“5’6” is not tiny. What are you talking about?” I rolled my eyes and start walking out. “I’m sill 17 so I have time to grow.” I added. He was following me. I pointed where my sister's room but he just followed me.

“Not gonna wake her up?” I asked.

“Nah, I'd rather have breakfast.” He replied.

“Oh by the way my older brother could be awake.”

“And you are right. Oliver what the hell are you doing here with my brother?”

“I entered the wrong window last night and he asked me if I want to watch Netflix do I did.” He walked next to my brother. “C’mon do you think I would do anything to your brother?” I felt a pain on my chest.

My brother rolled his eyes and went to the kitchen so Oliver and I followed him. Justin and Oliver sat down on the table and started talking about something. I didn't bother listening I just made bacon and eggs.

I felt arms around me. “Morning Leo.” I heard my sister's voice. “Morning Hannah, take a seat.” She pulled away and sat next to Oliver.

I only made for two people and those people are me and my sister. I walked to the table and give the plate to my sister and I placed mine in front of me.

“Where’s mine?” My brother asked.

“You’re the one who told me that you're old enough to do anything yesterday when I told you to clean the bathroom.” I rolled my eyes and started eating. My sister laughed while Oliver is staring at me. “You're old as my brother, make some.” I said to him. They both looked at me in shock.

“Someone wake up in the wrong side of the bed.” Oliver said as a comeback.

“I wonder why.” I just replied and looked at my sister. “Hannah will you drop me off in school? I don't trust these two.” Pointing at my brother and Oliver.

“Sure thing. Are you planning to starve to death, Justin?” My brother stood up with Oliver. They both get cereal. Let me explain how old we are. Justin is 19 while Hannah is 18 and I'm the youngest who's 17.

After I finished eating I was about to clean the dishes but my sister offered so I went to my room to do my morning routine and get my bag. “Ready to go?” My sister asked me.

“Yup. You wouldn't be late in your lectures, right?” I asked.

“Yeah, my class is in 10 AM so don't worry.” She replied. “Two more weeks and you'll be graduating high school, how do you feel?” We both get on the car and she started driving.

“Like shit, I have to get a scholarship to enter college or I need to work my ass off.” I replied.

“Don’t worry, I'm sure you would get the scholarship you applied on, you're the smartest guy that I know.” She replied. “Here we go, have fun with your two weeks.” I got out and waved at her. I went in the campus and walked to my locker.

“Leo!” My best friend hugs me. “You wouldn't believe what happened to me.”

“Your crush asked you out?”

“Even better! I got into Hudson University!” My jaw drops.

“No way! I'm so proud of you!”

“As you should. Are you sure you want to follow your siblings? I would really miss you.” Clara frowned.

“Going to Hudson University is my dream but I can't leave the house to my siblings. They would destroy it.” I sighed thinking how many times my brother called me because he clogged the toilet or my sister broke the faucet.

“Being the responsible one is rough, huh? After school you have do part time and you have to deal with your siblings' bullshit.”

“Well that's life when your parents ran away from responsibilities.” I replied then we started walking.

“Hey chubs.” Walter called. “Hey, I'm calling you chubs.”

“What do you want, honey? Still want to get some?” I replied with a cold voice. “Your dick is so small I fell asleep mid way.” He can't think of any comebacks so I smiled. “That’s what I thought.” I grabbed Clara and entered class.

The whole day is boring. Nothing special happened. Just bullying and fighting back. I'm in my part time job in 7 Eleven as the cashier. I was organizing the storage below the cash register until I heard a voice.

“Hey there Leo.” I looked up and saw Oliver. He puts down some chips. “I didn't know you work here.”

“So does my siblings but we all have secrets to be alive.” I scanned his items. “$12.32 in total.” He gave me $20 and I gave him the change.

“See you later Leo.” He smiled and walked out the store. Then Walter enters the store. I looked out the store and Oliver left already.

I looked back in front of me and just scan Walter's items. “I didn't know you work here.”

“I didn't know you love strawberry pocky.” I replied then told him his total then he paid for it then left without another word.

After a few more hours my shift ended and I went back home. I went to the kitchen and made dinner. I texted my siblings that dinner is ready. I heard them coming down and Oliver is with them.

“Welcome home.” Hannah greets me then gave me a hug. She sat down next to Oliver who's in front of Justin.

“I’m gonna skip dinner, I gotta do my homework. Enjoy the meal.” I said half-heartedly then went to my room. I did my homework then flopped down to my bed then reached for my laptop. I opened it and saw a new email. I started reading it. “OH MY GOD!” I shouted then I heard footsteps rushing to my room.

“What happened?” Justin opens the door and I started crying.

“I got it! Full scholarship in Metro University!” I kept crying then ran to my brother.

“I’m so proud of you.” My brother softly replied and hugs me back. Hannah finally reached to my room and saw me crying.

“I got full scholarship!” I told her and she ran towards us and hugs us.

“I told you that you'll get it!” My sister and I are full on bawling.

We started to calm down and I saw Oliver on my door frame. “Good job kid.” He walks towards me and ruffles my hair. I rolled my eyes.

“Thanks. Now out, I gotta change since someone's make up was smudge on my shirt.”

“Justin I told you to remove it.” Hannah blames him then laughs. “Congratulations Leo. I'm so proud of you.” The three of them left and I closed the door. I changed my clothes the  went to bed I messaged Clara and she called me and we were so hype while talking. When we finished talking it's already 9 PM. I opened Netflix and started watching episode 7 of Sex Education.

The door opens and Oliver comes in. I pause the episode. “Are you starting without me? Rude.” Oliver closed the door then lays down next to me.

“Were you even invited?”

“Nope but I'm here to crash the party.” He plays the episode. We just watched in silence until it's around 12 AM.

“Are you not going home?” I asked him.

“I told my parents that I'm doing a project with Justin and agreed to sleep here.”

“Were you?”

“Of course, I'm not a liar. We finished earlier than expected so I'm free.”

“We’re already in season 2. I think I'm gonna sleep since I'm tired.” I told him then shuts down my laptop then sets it back to where it belong.

“Go to sleep then, I have no where to sleep so I'm gonna sleep here again.”

“Go sleep next to Hannah then.”

“Justin will kill me.”

“Then go to Justin.”

“Justin will kill me.”

“Won't Justin kill you if you sleep here?”

“Nah he won't know, I told him I would sleep on the couch.” He chuckles.

“Anyway don't say a word or move too much.” I turn my back towards him then sleep.
