Sonic's POV
Me and Amy were now outside. Amy looked at me sadly. "Ames, you ok?" I asked, genuinely worried. She slowly nodded, trembling a bit.
"I'm sorry..." She said as her voice cracked. "I'm so sorry, my Sonikku."
"It's ok, Ames. We're doing this for the future of Camelot." Amy suddenly hugged me and cried. I smoothed down her quills, trying my best to comfort her.
"I want to be with you! Why do we have to be enemies?! WHY?!?!" My heart felt like it was shattering as I thought about life without my Ames. Amy suddenly fell to the ground on her knees, weak from all the grief and pain.
"AMES!!" I shouted, crouching down. Amy grabbed my cape and cried. I put her head on my chest fur, and rocked her back and forth, singing her a little lullaby that my mom sang for me before Scrourge killed her. (The next part isn't anybody's mind, it's Sonic singing softly.)
"I love you, you're my love.
I'll protect you with everything I've got.
Even when we're apart, I'll always be in your heart.
Even if you forget me,
We'll always be free
Together we will be in harmony
I'll remember you with some part of me
Remembering all the good times we've had
I'd love to stay,
But now we must, say, goodbye
For one, last, time..."
We faded away as we hugged each other. "Goodbye, Ames..." Were my last words before everything went black...
