Today was the big day.

The day of Opal and I's wedding.

As Thorne tradition, you are not allowed to see your bride/groom until the wedding.

So I'm here, excitedly dancing around in my pajamas.

"Wedding, wedding, wedding!" I squeal. I plop down on the seat in front of my vanity and grin happily at myself.

"Charlotte is gone, my parents are gone, and now my wedding day is today! I can't WAIT until tonight. The whole kingdom will gather around to see me get married to the love of my life." I began to brush my beautiful white hair, and place my red roses in my hair neatly.

I looked at the vase of roses on my windowsill and smiled.

"Opal.. My precious little Opal.." I giggled.

I twirled around, until I got to my dresser, and opened up a drawer with dresses in it.

"My life is amazing!" I squealed.

"After the wedding, I will put out my plan to make all in Thorne suffer. I have many rules set out in my head as of this moment.." I grinned.

I grabbed my favorite black dress and slipped it on quickly, making my way into the ballroom where the wedding will be held.

Guards and special royal advisors were all over the ballroom, preparing grand buffets and other activities for the royal wedding.

"Y-Your highness!" One advisor exclaimed.

Everyone in the ballroom had bowed upon me, and all I did was chuckle at their loyalty.

"How is the preparation going?" I asked.

I touched a long silk ribbon with a bow in the middle that decorated the grand ballroom walls.

I looked up to see a magnificent silver chandelier hanging above.

"Quite well. We've already set up security around the palace and the buffets are all set. Now we must set up chairs for the guests to sit in, and find a suitable wedding arch and carpetway." The advisor stated.

I nodded.

"Beautiful. Now, where's Opal?" I asked curiously.

I looked around the ballroom.

"Ah ah ah my princess, as Thorne tradition, you are not allowed to see your groo- b-bride until the wedding ceremony. I'm sorry, your highness, but you must show your loyalty towards the traditions of this kingdom. After all, you are a soon-to-become Queen."

I sighed and rolled my eyes.

I have absolutely no care for the traditions of this horrid kingdom.

I want to recreate this place to become the kingdom of my dreams.

Filled with torture and darkness.

"Anywho, I must get going. The other advisors need my help." The advisor scurried off towards a group of advisors.

I turned on my heel and huffed in irritation, walking up to my room.

Great.

Now all I have to do is wait anxiously until tonight.

The night had come.

The night of my wedding.

Maids had helped me into my uncomfortable, yet beautiful wedding dress.

"You look beautiful, your highness." One maid complimented me.
