Eleven entered the void and looked around. after a minuet of looking round in the darkness she noticed Richie sitting near the edge of a cliff writing something. As she walked closer the surroundings became more clear he was at the quarry where she had first met mike and later saved his life. She walked over to the boy and looked at what he was writing. Eleven read through the note before she realized what it was about. Richie was going to jump. Eleven pulled of the mask coming back into the cabin. "Jump." Said trying to calm down.
"What?" Ben asked.
"El what happened?" Mike W asked leaning down.
"hes going to jump. quarry."El said.
"So hes going to swim?"Bev asked already realizing what Richie was going to do.
"A fall from the quarry in this town is like falling into concrete." Lucas said exchanging a woried look with the others.
"Then we have to get over there." Eddie said.
"That's all the way across town." Max said concerned.
"I know a short cut through the woods but only one bike can go if we want to get there fast enough." Will said.
"Then obviously Will needs to go but one of you guys should go to." Mike W said looking over at the losers.
"Eddie your his best friend and if he's going to listen to any of us its going to be you." Bev said.
"Okay Will lets get going." Eddie said.
"We will go the normal way and get there as fast as possible." Lucas said.
Eddie and Will rushed out of the door and jumped onto Will's bike. Will steered the bike towards the woods and they went down a hill heading towards Richie.

Richie sat a the edge feeling empty inside. normally when his parents were drinking he could just go through Eddies window. Eddie Richie couldn't stop thinking about him. his little brown eyes and ahhhhhh. Richie looked down at what he was writing and it was shit. he got up and looked down to the water he put his foot out over the edge. something stopped him Eddie... he couldn't stop thinking about him. He just stood there one foot over the edge thinking of his best friend.
