Q: PajamaPants any advice for people suffering from child abuse, self harm, or depression?
A: Here is my best advice, I have never been through child abuse but stand up don't suffer in silence, for people who self harm it may seem like it's working but trust me it's not it's only dragging u deeper into the whole I know this because I used to cut, and lastly depression don't bottle it up that's actually bad cause I used to do this but now I go to therapy and take medicine it okay to talk to your family just because I don't doesn't mean u don't have to. Also amazing question 🥰
