Aspen's pov

"Who is it?" I groan lifting my head off my pillow

"It's Adam!" I hear so I get up and open the door smiling at him, I move out of the way so he can come in

"What's up Adam?" I ask tilting my head slightly

He opens his mouth for a minute but closes it "I was just" he pauses and almost looks scared for a minute before looking away from me. "Did I wake you up?" He looks back at me and we laugh lightly

"Yeah, but it's fine" I smile once again before walking and sitting on my bed

"Actually... Nevermind, ill see you later" he rushes and opens the door

"Wait Adam" I try but he's already out the door and shuts it. "Good job aspen, good job" I mutter to myself

"Do you know what room Elijah in?" I ask my mom

"Wow no hi mom" she laughs "him and Jace are both in room 325"

"Thanks mom, love you" I rush and she walks out of the hotel and I quickly get to their room as their walking out of their room

"Hey aspen" jace smiles "you know your in a different hotel right?"

Elijah smacks the back of his head "she's probably here to see us, dumbass" he turns to me with a smile

"What's up ass pen" jace laughs lightly using a nickname he gave me a while ago after a argument i had with a girl

"I thought we were done with that nickname" I groan and they laugh looking down at me due to me being shorter then them

"We are, I just wanted to see how you would react" he answers

I walk in the middle of them "guys I have something to tell you" I say quietly

"Your pregnant?" Jace asks at the same time as Elijah asks "Your card got declined?"

"I'm not pregnant, idiot. And no my card wasn't declined." Before I can talk again jace cuts me off

"Why didn't you call him a idiot or something" jace pouts

"Because I'm better then you" Elijah answers confidently

"Guys this is not the time for this argument" I cut jace off before he can argue with Elijah "I'm moving"

They both stop dead in their tracks "what?" They both ask insync

"Yeah, I'm moving to California. Around here apparently" I close my eyes not wanting to see their reactions

"Nice joke aspen, your funny" jace laughs but his laugh doesn't sound real at all, he's laughing how he does when he doesn't want to believe something.

"This is a prank right?" Elijah asks his voice cracking causing me to open my eyes and look at them

"No, my mom got a job transfer. I promise I will come visit you guys no matter what happens" tears brim my eyes but I don't let them fall until I feel arms wrap around me pulling me into a bone crushing hug. I let the tears fall wrapping my arms around my two bestfriends

"We love you so much aspen, and I promise I will come see you and I'll bring Jace" Elijah breathes out and the three of us pull away wiping our tears

"Well I'll let you guys go wherever you were heading, I love you both" I smile at them and they return it before we go separate ways

"Keep your head high" I whisper to myself while I walk
