Bakugou's POV

The lessons were boring. Once again, I was not surprised. It's finally a lunch break. Even if that chocolate was good and sweet, it still didn't fill my stomach. I drag myself from the classroom to the hallway and look at the other students who laugh and talk to each other in the distance. The hallway is wide and on the left, there is a full windowed wall, where you can see the schoolyard. If you look closely, you can also see the school gate. The sun has already risen and is shining brightly. There are a lot of students outside, some in PE class and some studying.

I don't mind being alone. Vice versa. The people I have met have been either boring or too loud. I remember having a couple of followers in middle school. I call them "followers" because they did nothing but follow wherever I went and were way too damn loud. Our whole class is just chaos and I hate it. It's better just to be alone.

"Hey Bakugou!" Kirishima grabs my shoulder and grins. I jump in fright.

"Eep!" a weird sound slips from my lips.

"Eep?" Kirishima looks stunned.

"What was that voice?"

"Shut up. And let go!" I shove Kirishima's hand from my shoulder and try to hide my reddened face. How embarrassing! How could I show my weak side to that redhead! I hate being around others because of this.

"I wanted to ask if you wanted to come to eat with me and the others," Kirishima suggests and points at the canteen. I turn my head towards the red hair and have to squint my eyes because of the shining sun. Kirishima is wearing the school uniform that looks tight and shows the boy's body shapes. His eyes are big and his stupid smile extends to his ears. He looks silly.

"Whatever," I answer briefly. I was going to the canteen anyway, so it doesn't matter where I sit. Kirishima smiles his huge smile and approaches beside me.

The canteen is pretty full. It is big and full of long wooden tables. Sero, Mina and Kaminari are sitting in a long table next to a window. Kirishima leads me to the group and puts his tray on the table. I sit next to him.

"Kirishima! Oh, and Bakugou!" Mina greets happily.

"Hey!" Kirishima responds casually and starts eating his meal. I couldn't care less to pay attention to the group's discussions. I just focused on eating. I glanced out the window and noticed a news reporter walking back and forth outside the gate. She seems to be a young woman and has a black suit. I nudge Kirishima with my elbow and nod towards the gate.

"A news reporter? What is it doing here?" Kirishima asks and looks at the foreign woman.

"Probably making a news article about the new heroes or the latest enemy attacks," Sero comments.
"It's pretty easy to find interesting topics from the UA."

The news reporter glances over the gate and tries to find a way to get in. She also has a camera and some kind of notebook with her.

"Be careful not to go near such freaks," Kirishima warns while making eye contact with me. I roll my eyes and turn my gaze to my food. I take chopsticks off the table and carelessly stab my food while leaning on my hand. News reporters are always a pain in the ass. Why does everyone want to make my life so difficult?

I sit in class and explore the outside world with my gaze instead of paying attention to the lesson. The food tasted boring as always. The classes have proceeded so slowly.

Finally, the bell rings and the school day ends. This day seemed to last forever, but finally, it's over. The students begin to pack their belongings to their bags while the teacher tries to shout homework over the loud noise. I sigh and throw my bag over my shoulder. I straighten my slightly crooked tie and lift my dark colored-pants that have almost run down to my thighs. I wear a belt, but still, my pants don't want to stay up. I take a couple of clumsy steps towards the door as I straighten my clothes and head out looking for an exit.

There is incredible noise in the hallways. There are students everywhere running in every direction while looking for their friends or their other stuff. Everyone has also the need to shout as if all of us were deaf. You don't need to shout as loud as you can, we can hear your extra ass. I growl and go to my dorm. The room is clean and simple because I can't stand dirt or any kind of filth. Everything is in order and easily accessible. I throw my bag on my bed and loosen my tie. I dig my cell phone out of my pocket. Today, students are supposed to visit their families, which I think is a pretty ridiculous idea. It's not even the weekend yet. What a pain, and in the middle of the week! It looks pretty warm outside, so I decide to wear a black t-shirt and loose pants. I'll be there just for this evening, so I do not think I need anything special. A phone and a wallet are enough.

The route to home is quite simple and short. There is a noisy city around the street and also a couple of green parks. Spring is especially beautiful when the flowers bloom. Despite the city, the air smelled sweet and soothing. On the way, I turn into an alley so that I can get to my home street. The alley is pretty dark because the buildings block the sun. There is some rubbish as well. I click my tongue. Humans are such thoughtless and useless beings. I kick a metal jar that gets in my way. I raise my gaze towards the end of the alley and I notice an unknown character. It leans against the wall and seems to be waiting for something.

Suspicious.

I try to walk past the character as imperceptibly as possible but the character reaches to grab my arm.

"Bakugou isn't it!?" the overzealous news reporter we saw at lunchtime now hangs in my arm. I get a little shock and glare at the news reporter.

"Let go!" I shake my hand and roll my eyes.

"Hey, hey! Please, answer a couple of questions!" The news reporter digs her notebook from her pocket and is ready to pick up as much information as possible. I don't even have time to react when the reporter starts bombarding me with questions.

"Tell me about your childhood! Tell me about your school! Tell me how are you so strong! Tell me your secrets!" the reporter's eyes sparkle and drill straight into me. I'm speechless. I can't say anything sensible.

"Hmm, this is not working... wait a minute," the reporter grabs my wrist again and I feel an electric shock through my whole body. What was that? Was it the quirk of this insignificant woman? I blink my eyes in amazement and look at my wrist.

"L-Let go!" I say shaking my hand off and hurry out of the alley.

"Hey wait! Those questions!" the reporter is trying to yell at me. I quickly run to my parents' house. This is crazy. I can still feel her touch. It burns and my body feels weird.

I have a feeling that this isn't going to end well...
