Though the government agreed to let me move to Japan, they have made multiple regulations for me to follow. After I had lost control of my quirk they are wary of me, and I don't have room to complain. They had every right to be wary, considering it had lead to a pro hero's death.

They had made their point clear as well. The only reason I was being allowed to move and given a chance was simply because I was Russia's number hero. Here, if my research was correct, the number one hero is some American looking man they call All Might. From the footage I've seen of him, he appears very loud but nice. I had read through the comic books they have about All Might, but I just can't seem to really feel any type of connection with the character. I'm sure the person is far different than the comic book character.

The media seems to love the outgoing personality. Technically speaking, All Might is easily recognized as the world's number one hero. However, in Japan he dominates the top ten, more particularly the number one spot. In Russia, while he was popular, his popularity wasn't as prominent as he wasn't living there.

Due to the fact I was still a new hero, I have not had the chance before to meet Japan's top hero All Might. Though typically the number one heroes across the world get a chance to meet each other, I had just missed that opportunity last year. Given that I have only been a pro hero for a total of a year and two months, by the time I earned my spot as Russia's top hero I had just missed the world meeting they had hosted. Though I had looked forward to next year's, with what has happened I suppose that won't be an opportunity now.

Thankfully they were allowing me to continue to be a pro hero here as well, however I was starting from the bottom once more. Granted, I felt it was some what of a requirement from them that I continue to be a pro hero. My pay has changed as well, which is to be expected, and in the end it really doesn't bother me. Before I only kept what I needed for essential bills and gave away the left over to those that needed it. In the beginning I had even had a side job to help with my income for the first couple of months before I had to place all of my time being a pro hero. The only difference now was that I wouldn't have much money left over to help others.

Of course they had said that would be negotiated if I ended up higher in my ranking later on.

As they were wary of me becoming a liability, due to the media coverage that showed across the world from Russia, I was to be under supervision. This was to be expected, I hadn't lost control that badly before, and the thought of me doing it again would be scary. Especially since another pro hero had died as well because of my mistake.

According to what I had been told, they didn't have many pros they could spare to keep an eye on me, however some big school in japan had offered to help. From my research, the school was the biggest and most well known hero school in japan. They also seem to hire well known heroes to work for them. As they offered to send one of their teachers to be my supervision, as well as the others teachers aiding in supervising me, they had stated I would be spending much of my time there and suggested I work there as a teaching aid.

Considering I was depending on the man named Shota Aizawa, who has a quirk that can apparently erase other's quirks, I figured I didn't have much room to complain. Therefore I agreed to become Shota's teaching assistant. Since I already knew I was imposing on his life, I didn't want to inconvenience him anymore than needed.

They also had ordered that I get evaluated by a psychiatrist. Once they cleared me with that, then I was allowed to move to Japan. Again, it was another thing I couldn't complain about.
