I do not own BNHA

"Do you never sleep?"
Startled by the deep gravely voice I jumped and looked up from my push up position on the floor. Shota stood at my door with his uniform on, though I suppose his hero uniform could be used as pajamas with how comfortable they look. I, myself, was already wearing my own hero uniform for the most part. That meaning I just needed to grab my ever heavy coat and mask.
"Sometimes." I answered, jumping up and rubbing my hands together. "You're ready to go too, so I don't think it's fair to say that to me."
He gave me a dry look, "When I left you were dressed the same while doing crunches. Plus, with how tired your body looks already, I can tell you spent all night training. Also, you weren't answering when I was knocking so I needed to open the door, sorry for startling you I wanted to make sure everything was okay."
While my cheeks were dusted with pink I adverted my gaze, Shota caught on too quickly. I had tried to sleep last night, but that hero's face plagued me all night. The villains plagued me as they smiled at the blood. The Character's glare plagued me. In the end, sleep stayed away from me as nightmares threatened to overcome my being again.
Clearing my throat I grabbed my coat that was resting on the side table by my door. "No need to worry, this will not effect my performance." Though as I say these words I could practically feel myself threaten to sag in exhaustion as my coat felt twice as heavy as normal due to my muscle strain. When I got back I'll need take a three hour nap to recharge before going on patrol with Shota.
He hummed as I placed my mask over my face. "We're taking them on a trip today, if you remember."
"Yes, the Unforeseen Simulation Joint." I answered, following after Shota as he walked out of the door of my apartment.
Due to my situation Japan's Hero commission thought it was best to keep me beside Shota, in case my quirk went out of control again. Thus, we were neighbors and he was given the keys to my apartment. I was quite thankful Shota wasn't a creep that took advantage of such things. This was his first time using the key, though I suppose I really wasn't paying any attention.
"All Might will be joining as well." Shota stated glancing at me. "I don't think you've gotten a chance to observe him while he teaches."
I shook my head, "No, because I'm your teaching assistant. I do feel bad because I would like to also interact with class 1B." I paused, a frown pulling at my lips. "Though I guess they wouldn't want me probably."
"They want you." Shota answered making my head snap up as I blinked in shock. "Believe me, I've heard their complaints. Especially from one of the students. As soon as they heard my class get's Russia's number one they said they should also get you with them. However, that just won't work."
It was a surprise they still wanted me. Most are wary of me, especially after the incident.
"Well, I wonder if All Might is a good teacher-"
"He's not." Shota interrupted, a sigh escaping him. "I've seen enough to be able to tell he really isn't the best."
I winced at his brutal honesty. "I guess being a hero and being a teacher are completely different." He grunted out in agreement.

Since we didn't have to leave for the USJ right away, Shota was kind enough to let me sleep in the teacher's lounge until our time of departure. He was also taking naps because today he had free periods due to our field trip so I suppose it benefitted both of us in a way. When it was time to go I went ahead of Shota to make sure the bus was ready to go, he dislikes wasting time.
