The lawn was empty and everything outside the house was too quiet. The unusual sight made me anxious so I was standing outside waiting for my dad to come outside with the cot, as he used to sleep outside the house enjoying the star and the moonlight. Having a thought, I was wondering about the stars that I'm gonna have to see after my mom's beat up.
It's been a while and I had enough of this timidity so finally I have decided to sneak in and it was all messed up as I entered, nothing was making sense as everyone was hastily packing and the scenes of throwing, yelling over the broken things made no sense. I forgot about all the beat up parts and I asked my mom to fill up the gap, she said "I have already told you that we are moving".
It was all blank for a few moments and we were already rushing towards the train station. Though we had reached the halfway point, my thoughts were still wandering with those two in the playground.
My mind was blank, my heart was too heavy. I don't want to leave my friends, my home as this is the only place that I ever knew and never wanted to leave. I was not ready to accept this whole situation. As it was supposed to be just a prank, wouldn't you agree? My mom should've just beat me up and wouldn't that be enough? What did I do to deserve this? I had to leave my home and the very first friend of mine and millions of memories all together.
I needed someone to wake me up and say this is just a dream but before I realize we are already grown up and everything has changed.
To be contd...
