―❀― I've always loved Tanjiro he was super kind to me when I first met him. I always wanted to confess my feelings to him but I know he has feelings for Kanao and Kanao has feelings for him. I can't ruin that for them with my feelings. I pushed those feelings away until now. I'm only the medical helper.
I stand outside the little house looking at the flower tree. I too Tanjiro to meet me here when he was done with training and it's now really late, he still hasn't arrived. Maybe I should leave? I sigh starting to walk away then hear a shout from behind me.
"Hey Y/N!" Tanjiro sweetly shouts
I turn around and standing in front of me. I blush furiously remembering what I was going to tell him.
"You wanted to tell me something?" Tanjiro smiles at me
"Ye-yeah" I blush
"What is it?" Tanjirl tilts his head to the side
I get a warm feeling inside my stomach like butterflies are in my stomach. He is so cute hopefully he accepts my feelings for him.
I take a deep breath and begin to say, "Okay! Before I start to say anything I hope this doesn't ruin the friendship between us.." I breathe out
"Of course it won't!" He cheerfully says
I get butterflies in my stomach and blush looking down at the ground. I gently grab his hands and say,
"I like you!" I confess, "Ever since we met those gentle eyes you gave me. Those...kind red eyes of yours. The way you held my hands when I injured myself. I have liked everything about you. Please accept my feelings for you!" I say letting go of his hands
"I'm sorry!" Tanjiro bows down
I look at him confused.
"I can't accept your feelings!" He says still bowing down, "I li-ike somebody el-lse." He blushes looking back up at me
My heart shatters. He doesn't like me back. I knew it. Even though I knew he wasn't gonna like me back, it still hurts to hear those words from him.
"Th-hat's fin-ne!" I say holding tears back
"Thanks for being honest with me!" I bow down tears escaping from my eyes, "Have a nice life with h-her." I mumble
"Th-hanks!" He bows
"I have to go, see you tomorrow," I announce turning into a dark aura hair covering my face
I start to quickly runoff. Tanjiro would have chased after me but he just decided to give me space.
Suddenly, I feel the urge to throw up. I cover my mouth trying not to vomit on the floor and rush to my house. I uncover my hand from my mouth and find blood on my hand. I shakily look at my hand covered in blood.
