To our Leaders,
We are the architects of our future,
And the builders of a collective vision
The foundation will hold
If we hold it right
It's only a prove to stand whilst in the test of time
Through the harsh wind and hurricane you will stand
In the sharp splinters and growing thorns you will roll
And experience the lean hardship and turmoil of the people
Famines and torrential rain
Stand up brothers, sisters, men, women and children!
Protect your first house like it is your child–
For that is what you came here with
It is your name– that's the legacy you'll leave with
Our creator is very understanding
Just let him work through you
He will brace your landing
So keep on standing
And walk into the house of your purpose
Sit down, take a deep breath, look around
And pray for God's help and intervention to help you lead
He is all you need.

Good leaders prevent chaos. They guide people so that we maintain some degree of civilization. Those people who lead but fail to aspire for some of the many traits noted about have the exactly opposite results — instead of preventing chaos, they create it. We need Good leaders. Don't be afraid to make the right choice!
