A/N I had a lot of trouble thinking of an idea for what this chapter would be about, but once I thought of this, everything clicked together and we now have one of my favorite things that I have ever written.

Ciel refused to do this again. Out of all his nightmares, this was definitely the worst. That thing had haunted his wardrobe for years, and he was lucky that Lizzy nor any of the servants hadn't managed to find it. He had been thankful to put the terrible circumstances that caused him to do such a thing behind him, but of course, of course, the Queen assigned him to investigate the Viscount Druitt after he had been seen suspiciously leading a group of girls somewhere. Ciel, of course, knew what the man was doing, but he couldn't just pull something out of his arse and expect the Queen to believe him, so he'd have to get some decent evidence before turning the man in.

And that's why he was currently three seconds away from murdering everyone in the room.

When Sebastian had recited this news to the earl, he had pulled out an all too familiar, new-and-improved pink dress. Before Ciel's eyes could even widen, he was tugged into a dressing room and fit into the actual hell that was a corset (A/N if you don't think there was another corset scene you're obviously wrong, do you know who's writing this?)

Soon, a grumpy Ciel Phantomhive was sitting across from his butler- who was disguised, once more, as a tutor- on his way to one of the Druitt's monthly parties. Thankfully, Lizzy hadn't been invited to this one and stayed home with the children.

As the two men stepped out of the carriage and scanned the party, the earls eyes widened at the sight of a large cake near the end of the food table. Before Sebastian could even turn his head towards his master, the blunette had already made a beeline for that side of the room, getting lost in the crowd. The butler sighed, starting to spit out apologies as he shuffled towards his master.

Meanwhile, Ciel hungrily bit into a piece of purple cake, barely noticing the black haired figure watching him until the man spoke. "Ah, my lord. To think we'd meet again and with you in that dress, too"

Ciel snapped his head towards the voice, eyes relaxing at the sight of Lao, Ran-Mao at his hip, like always. "Lao, what are you doing here?"

"Simply enjoying the party, isn't that right Ran-Mao?" The woman nods "And you, earl? What brings you here, and in that pink monstrosity of all things"

"An order from the Queen and I'd rather not be noticed so if you could keep your voice down I would be very grateful"

"And with Mr. Sebastian I assume? Does he like you in these kinds of clothes?" The devious grin was apparent on Lao's lips, making Ciel's own face go red.

"W-What are you suggesting?!"

"Simply that he seems to like embarrassing you quite a lot, what did you think I meant?" The man feigned innocence, tilting his head in his usual fashion.

Before the earl could get any more flustered, the previously mentioned demon appeared beside his master.

"Ah, Mr. Lao, how nice to see you. It has been quite a while, hasn't it? Now, if you'll excuse me I must take my lady farther away from this table so she doesn't completely devour this entire cake". With one swift motion, Sebastian snatched the fork and plate out of Ciels

hands ("Hey, I was eating that"), plopping them on the table and dragging the blunette towards the dancing couples.

Bringing his master into a waltz, the demon scanned the room, careful not to drop the earl, as he was as clumsy as always when it came to dancing. So far, the Druitt had shown no sign of approaching any females, as he was chatting with a dark haired man near the other side of the room. For the moment, Sebastian focused his gaze on Ciel, who was struggling to not trip over his own feet. The demon couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of his master, and pulled the earl into a dip before spinning him (A/N I don't know anything about dancing sue me). As the butler leaned closer to observe the brlunettes flushed cheeks, a hand reached out and grabbed Ciel's wrist. The butler had to stop himself from hissing as he met eyes with none other than the Viscount Druitt.
