Past haunting

Chapter 25

Seth's POV

"Why we've been here all our life?" I said to Dean. "We meet in this town and you just want to move and leave all memories."

"Seth I'm not happy here. The house I live in is a gang house I have no job, and I just want a new start with you and the kids." Dean said

"Then you can move here and you'll find you a job."I said trying to convince him to stay here

"I can't live here everywhere I look it the past is haunting me everywhere reminds me of the past. This house brings back bad memories of me drinking and abusing you. I can't live here again." He said leaving me speechless. He was about to head out but I stopped him

"Where were you planning to go?" I asked considering the statement

"If you came with we can live close to your parents." Dean suggested

"You wanna move states? I can't just leave Bayley here alone."I said thinking of her

"Just think about it Seth it'd be nice for the kids to grew up by their grandparents." Dean said which made me think of the kids

"I'm willing to make a deal if the baby is Randy's then we have to stay here but if it's yours we can move by my parents. We can use all the help we can get." I said hugging Dean who was going to leave.

After Dean left I went upstairs to bed thinking about his suggestion. I do see it from his point of view he wants change. All he has is bad memories here. Starting him his moms overdose, his dad going to jail and him going to a group home. He deserves a chance to have a place with good memories and friends. Plus he had me at "it'd be nice for the kids to grew up by their grandparen" he was right we do need more help with the kids.

I felt as if I'm betraying everyone by leaving but my family does come first. If Dean isn't happy here then I know I won't be too if he leaves.

Doctors office

Dean and Randy stood beside me as the doctor asked me questions about my pregnancy. The wait for the doctor was awkward. I decided to break the news that I would be moving with Dean to another state regardless of anything. Dean was happy at my decision but Randy wasn't. He still has this idea that I'm going to get back with him. Which is completely false I'm happy with Dean and I know that he's changed 100% for the better.

"How you feeling Seth?" Doctor Aaliyah asked

"I feel good I rarely have any symptoms. I could be wrong but I feel that I'm really small for 5 months." I said explaining my concern

"Well you have to keep in mind that in the last pregnancy you were pregnant with twins so every symptom you had was double. Including the way you looked." The doctor explained to me and I understood now

The doctor placed cool gel on my abomination and started using the scan to see the baby on the monitor. I have yet to feel a kick of the baby but I know it's going to be a moment I'll cherish forever. With the twins I wasn't able to know who kicked first.

"Would you like to know the gender of the baby?" Aaliyah asked

"Yes" we all said at the same time.

"Well congratulations you're having a baby girl." Aaliyah said before sipping the gel off and we all were so happy the baby is a girl. Between moving and a babygirl this is all the change I can get.

"Okay so imma need a cheek swab from the both of you and Seth we need to sit up for your blood. We know you're struggling with blood so we're only going to take a small amount." Aaliyah said as her nurse prepared all of us.

She told us it would take about 20 minute to able to know who the dad is. Therefore we waited there. I looked over at Randy and Dean who were silence looking around. About 20 minutes later Aaliyah came in and said

"It matches the same chromosomes as the twins. So congratulations Dean you're going to be a dad again." She said leaving again

Dean got super excited and hugged me tight. After Dean pulled away I hugged Randy cause it was the right thing to do. I can tell he wished the baby was his own and was questioning his ability to have kids. When Dean and I got home I decided it was time to let the kids and my parents know what we were planning.

"So kids daddy and I need to tell you something." I said having the kids on the opposite side of me.

"Well boys I'm having a baby. A baby girl and you're gonna see her soon." I explained to the boys

"Sister?" Tyler said looking at me and I nodded kissing the boys on the forehead

"In other news mom and dad Dean and I are planning on moving close to you guys." I said looking at my parents

"Of course honey we'll love that. Are you sure this is what you want to do?" My mom asked me

"Yeah we've been looking into it and it's a great place to get a new start with our baby girl." Dean answered for me

Weeks then passed and we decided to it's time to move everything now. We packed everything up and sent the boxes over to my parents house. As we were finishing up Bayley decided to visit me to say her goodbyes we were currently sobbing not wanting to let go. Eventually we have to and Dean and I started driving up to my parents state leaving the house with all the past haunting memories away.

After many snitches I was hearing the cries of my baby girl, Bayley. I decided to names the baby after her when I was holding her in my arms.

"She's perfect" Dean said looking at us and I agreed.

As I looked at Dean I remember there was once a time where Dean wasn't always like this. Dean worst fear was being like his father but he ended up just like him. The past was haunting him so that he changed from bad to good. At the end he changed his senses and changed for the better and I'm glad I got back my husband, the man I fall in-love with here with me raising
our family.
