Chapter 7

Jungkook's POV

"Hang in there." I took a glimpse of Cathy while giving her a piggyback ride. Everyone was staring at us and started whispering. Well, not exactly whispering because they don't know how to. They'll never learn how to.

"Ew, why is Jungkook with that, that girl?"

"Did she seduce him? Why are they together?"

"Are they dating?"

"She's so fake trying to take his heart."

I ignored them and had to run for it because there were no taxis, buses, or anything else around. Why didn't I call 119? Well uh... I kinda left my phone at home. Oh wait... I forgot about the school phone. Okay, I'm officially out of my mind. It's alright since I'm already a few blocks away from school. No talking, more running. I GOT THIS!

Hospital or home? Hospital or home? Hospital it is, it's closer than home.

"Her fever isn't that serious, it'll go down if she gets plenty of rest. She may go home now." the doctor told me.

"Thank you." I bowed as he walked away.

I squinted at Cathy because she was still sleeping. It's time to give you a piggyback ride back home.

We basically missed the whole day of school. I mean, we can ask the others what we missed.

I guess we can just walk home. It'll take a few hours, but hey, it's the least I could do.

"Hey..." I shook her a little on my back. She moved a bit but was still asleep.

She's not awake, but here it goes...

"Yah paboya, do you know how much trouble you've caused? It's okay since we're close now, right? Do you know that I like you? You changed my life and ways. I liked the way I was before though." I said sarcastically. I continued, "I don't like you as a friend, best friend, or sister or anything related to these. I like you more than that, like a woman. I know that hyung likes you, but I won't give up that easily. You're really heartwarming and fun to be around. I love seeing you smile everyday, don't ever change. I was also thinking... Would you like to go to the winter formal with me this Friday?"

Tch. Why am I even pouring out my feelings out from my heart when she can't even hear it?

I shook my head and continued walking.

When we got home, it was about 3 p.m. already. I decided to try and cook some porridge for Cathy to have when she wakes up.

Cathy's POV

I think I'm still asleep, but in a dream. I can't see anything, everything's black.

"Yah paboya, do you know how much trouble you've caused? It's okay since we're close now, right? Do you know that I like you? You changed my life and ways. I liked the way I was before though. This voice... It sounds familiar.

I woke up to a headache. "Aiiish..." I looked around.

This is my room. Am I in another dream? Dreamception? Or like...
