Split Apart

I walk downstairs yelling Sam's name

*Jaqueline looks at me*

"Jade can I please borrow your shirt i cant find mine"

"yes here you go"

*takes off shirt and hands it to Jaqueline*

"whats wrong? why are you yelling for Sam?"

"nothing you'll figure it out later"

i walk all around the house and cannot find him
so i finally decide to go outside

i yell his name one more time and hear
*right here*

i walk towards the hot tub in this hidden area
and there is Sam

"hey do you wanna talk?"

"no i don't want you to have to deal with it its ok"

"are you sure? you seemed a little mad? its always better to get your anger out"

silence crept as i walked in the hot tub

"yeah im good, i had a feeling Astrid before was already cheating on me"

"then why were you so mad?"

"it pissed me off how ignorant she was to cheat on me in my own house"

"oh yeah..."

"i know this all just happened but dont let it ruin your night, you don't need her to make you happy"

Sam looks me right in the eyes and looks back down and stutters

"well you make me happy"

"r u joking?" *i laugh*

"no im not your kind, funny, honest and beautiful"

"you think im beautiful?"

"duh have you seen yourself?"

*Sam looks down and smiles*

"I bet your killer in be-"

he stutters

"im so sorry that was not meant to be said"

i get this odd feeling inside of me to seize the moment
so i did

"i guess ill have to prove it"

we look at each other for about 3 seconds
Sam grabs my face gently
and i pull my body close to him

i stop because i completely forgot he's my brothers best friend but i didn't tell him why i did

*Sam looks and smiles at me*

i couldn't help to not smile back

i grab his hand and pull him out of the water

"lets go!"

"where are we going?"

"the pool!"

he walks behind me as i lead him to the pool holding his hand

we look each other in the eyes for a few more seconds
gosh he is gorgeous

he grabs me by the stomach and starts trying to push me in the pool

i resist because i did my hair and it took 5 hours

I eventually gave up and laughed after i came up out of the water

he jumped in a few seconds after i laughed

we look around to see if there was any one

i grab him and our noses touch i lean in for a kiss for a few seconds and i look at him in the eye and say
"watch this"

i get out and do a back flip into the water

*10 seconds go by*

"Jade??"

"JADE!!"

*Sam dives under water and grabs me after i hit my head on the ledge*
